They did a great job cleaning all my rooms, floors and even reorganized some things for me. Best part was that it took less time than I expected for how much work they had to do. I was only planning to use them for seasonal cleaning but they did such a great job that I having them clean 2x per month since I work long hours during the week. I rarely give reviews but I highly recommend Island TLC Cleaning.

At first Chaquitta's communication was timely and pretty good, she said all of the right things…read more She agreed to come the morning of Christmas Eve. She asked for deposit which is rare in this field, but I agreed to pay her $50 deposit due to the holiday and short notice. Unfortunately, that is all that is good to report, the rest is really bad. Chaquitta canceled due to "car troubles" at 8:05am on Christmas Eve. After going back and forth, she agreed to come around 2:00 that afternoon. 15 minutes before she arrived, she asked me if she should bring a vacuum or a steamer. And I said, "I don't know but we have carpet, tiles and cement floors." Without a response, she showed up with her cleaning supplies solo, and no vacuum or mop. I was really clear when I set up the appointment that I wanted a two-person crew, which she had agreed to, and when I asked where her crew mate was, she replied that he was "watching the car (that had broken down)". She started out by vacuuming our MB with my little stick vacuum that was not really appropriate for what we needed done. In all my years of hiring cleaners, no one starts with vacuuming first. After about 15 minutes, she reported that "she was going to get her vacuum and mop and now that she'd seen the house she knew what she needed." She called an Uber an was out of here lickety-split, never to be seen again! Not only did she not return to finish the job, but she also stopped responding to my texts and has not given me a refund for the deposit yet either. When I went to Freshbooks to view the invoice that showed my deposit, it had been deleted from the system. So clearly she has no intention of returning the $50 deposit and clearly she needs it more than I do! Stay away from B&P Cleaning, they have some really shady business practices and are far from professional.

Ehhhhh so these guys came and did a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and charged a pet fee and extra deep…read morecleaning fees...which would be totally fine if those things were done. But that afternoon after they were done, as soon as I turned on the living room fan, more than one dog fur "dust bunny" came out from under the couch. Same thing happened in the bedroom. So they clearly didn't clean under furniture. And to note, I've moved both the couch and bed by myself, so it's not like they're too heavy, especially considering it was 3 guys. And then things like some floorboards were still not fully clean, etc. And whatever they used on the oven caused our fire alarm to go off every single time we used it for awhile after. So they were nice enough and they came recommended, but we paid for a deep clean, and it was more like a "tidy up"

(Great Start) We set an appointment for Monday morning March 16 9am since Derrick said he was available... Mind you I let him know I work from home he could have came at any time. NO SHOW. I texted Derrick at 2pm Monday afternoon. "Are we still on today"? I figured he may have gotten caught up at another appointment...no big deal I'll wait...3pm still nothing 4pm still nothing. So I messaged Derrick; If you need me to call someone else for the work just let me know. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but ZERO communication at all I found to be very Unprofessional & Disrespectful. I specifically contacted Stain Eliminator based on their 5 Star rating. Which I would give them a -1 if I could just because I never even received a "sorry about that" / "My Bad" nothing. That being said I did have another Carpet Cleaning service come out and do the work and my carpets look FABULOUS!!
