I booked the Deep Clean package before Easter because I had family visiting and didn't want the usual holiday stress of deep cleaning myself. Scheduling was easy, and they offered both recurring and one-time options. Since my townhouse is already fairly clean overall, I mainly wanted the detailed cleaning -- wiping everything down thoroughly and getting the oven spotless. For reference, my townhouse is 2 bed / 1 bath, 786 sq ft, and the total cost was $388 including fees. They also send a welcome packet beforehand and everything is manageable through their online portal. Two cleaners plus a trainee arrived on time and spent about 3 hours cleaning. During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough. I'd probably use them again a couple times a year before holidays or hosting guests. For someone who already keeps a clean home, I'm not completely sure the deep clean was worth the full price, but overall I had a positive experience, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

If you're looking to support a local, veteran owned business, look no further!!…read more I used the request a quote and reached out to a bunch of commercial office cleaners. I own a 7,000 sq ft facility and the last company I dealt with was absolutely horrendous, so to say I was scarred and scared is an understatement. Christian from American Commercial was the 1st company to respond to my request a quote!! Brownie points already He came out to inspect the area to know exactly what and how I wanted things cleaned. My floors are SOO important to me because people are using them constantly and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. If there is ever an issue, he has been quick to respond and fix it! Truly a night and day from the last company I used. Professional, friendly and efficient. Also, they offer Sanitation against COVID, so now my gym gets weekly spray downs to make sure my clients can feel extra safe! He even has stickers I was able to put up to show the place has been sanitized that give my clients that extra peace of mind. Feeling so lucky to not have to search for any more companies and get my place to the cleaning standards they need be to provide a safe environment for my clients! Thank you Christian and American Commercial Cleaning!

Day of I got a text saying they were running ahead of schedule, could they come earlier. Sean & Ryan showed up. Very knowledgeable and I felt very fair on pricing. They were respectful of our home and property; protecting the corners and the heavier furniture I couldn't move, asked where they would prefer they start and got to work. They cleaned 1700 sq feet of tile and grout and the carpet in our master bedroom (honestly, the carpet has never been softer to walk on since they came; its so fluffy and soft.....not to mention cleaner than I have EVER seen it. The tile and grout looks brand new.) I appreciated Sean at the end of the visit going over what they had done, when they recommend service and they were available if I had any concerns. They combine technology of today with customer service of yesterday-years. Will not hesitate to use their service again. Can't say enough about how happy my husband and I are with everything they did. Thank You!

I spent the better part of 20 years in the apartment industry and have worked with dozens of different carpet vendors and these guys hands down surpass all of the others. Since the service was in my home versus work my expectations were much higher and they delivered! I think it's important to say that no matter how good the carpet vendors, they can't work miracles so if you are expecting someone to rehab severely pet damaged carpet or heavy stains due to fabric paint that your teen daughter got all over them you have to be realistic. Aaron and Jonny actually removed way more of the aforementioned carpet paint than I was expecting. These guys are the best for sure. Also, they are very good at communicating their ETA prior to arrival so there is no surprises. I am guessing that this is due to their awesome office person Jenny. Oh, the price in my opinion was pretty cheap considering the high quality work they produce. Thanks again Aaron, Jonny and Jenny!
