Cassie was there for me…read more.... My career was running full steam ahead and everything seemed to be cascading forward. It was an incredible shock to have my body fail at just that moment. I hit the ground so hard I couldn't get back up. I awoke in a hospital room in incredible pain. I was told if I had not made it to surgery I would have died moments later. That's pretty much all I remember the day I woke up after my aneurism. There were many complications and tests. The healing was slow, weeks went into months. I felt safe, secure that I had a great high level job with wonderful health insurance which included special long-term and disability insurance. Then another big shock come when I was diagnosed with a long term illness and that my long-term disability claim was DENIED. How was that possible? After some research, my partner and I found and met with Cassie. Cassie was knowledgable, caring, honest and direct. She gave me all the options, told me what I needed to do, where and when. She walked us through the lengthy ordeal of fighting a denial. She was approachable, pleasant yet direct and to the point. She laid it out in understandable everyday language. I appreciated her direct communication. I hired Cassie to be my lawyer just a few days later. Cassie is an amazing person. We learned a lot along the way. She took complete control of the process. My partner and I felt confident under her leadership. It took several months and finally, we won our claim. Cassie did a wonderful job! But, beware, it's never really over. That insurance company still contacts us through Cassie's Law Office every few years for follow up. They put us through a series of reports and tests. Cassie walks us through everything and remains our legal council. Cassie will always be my attorney. There would not be anybody else I would trust with my future. She always gives a hundred percent. She is not a miracle worker, but she will give it her all and will do everything she can to help you succeed. That is a trust and bond that has been earned. - Don V Palm Springs
