When I reached out to Minnis & Smallets, I received a prompt response to my inquiry that I was not a client they wished to represent -- was not even granted a brief call with an actual attorney to explain my situation. They literally have an entire page on their website (too wordy btw) devoted to NON-PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS. So, I'm very curious as to what level of compensation issue cases they are handling if they have the privilege to turn down a probable six-figure judgment in my/their favor...? Oh, and the woman I spoke to was very inarticulate as to why the representation was denied, which was also odd. Bad experience and am happy to go elsewhere.
