I had a very good case, but no one attorney wanted to take my case. All the attorneys I saw before, closed the doors and said that it was best for me to stay like the way I was until there was a change that was going to benefit me or favor me. Jenny was my last resource. I really had no more strength, no more energies, no nothing and I really needed to work to make the living for me and for my three kids. I had no other option, but I went to Jenny's office where I was weeping and crying. She was the only one who pay a close attention to my case and she was the only INS attorney who took and open my case. She even gave a discount because she knew that I was having all kind of financial problems, she even gave me a plan payment since I wasn't even working at that time. Thank you Jenny, thank you Omega team. You were my INS attorney before, you are my INS attorney now, and I pray for you to continue be one of the best INS attorneys in the Bay Area.

It was my first time at a civil hearing, and frankly, I was shocked watching others present themselves unprepared. It made me so glad to have Pamala by my side. She was completely prepared, knew exactly what to do, and took all the pressure off me. I only had to answer a few easy questions regarding dates, while she presented the evidence efficiently--focusing only on what mattered to the judge. I realized that what the court thinks is important isn't always what I think is important. I am so glad I left this to a professional; I was granted the order I sought, with a longer duration than usual. Not only that, I was happy to hear from Pamala that the hearing did not use up my entire retainer. Thanks, Pamala!

Taken on as a client residing in…read moreanother County, there was no concerted effort to ensure that I had the direct, in-person support I needed to pursue legal action against a major educational institution. Further, I felt dissuaded from meeting before the institutions' governing body to defend the false claims made against me that led to my termination. I felt this was a matter of convenience for the firm, instead of helping me to fight and speak truth to power when it really counted. In this instance, I was advised to settle as it would result in a similar outcome, whether I spoke to the governing body or not. I also felt dissuaded from filing a lawsuit or going to the media with my concerns. With the amount of effort and documentation I put into this matter, I truly believe that I could have obtained a better outcome on my own and saved money. I would not recommend this firm or lawyer if you're looking to make a difference or seek resolve, especially in matters involving workplace discrimination.
