I fro'ed my last yo here. Half the machines were unoperational, and the ones that worked had error messages on them. Dead bugs in the restroom, however the service was good considering it is self serve. The taste of the yogurt itself is good, however some flavors (specifically raspberry) taste metallic. Not to mention, several errors displayed on the machines saying they need to be cleaned. I had to restart a machine myself in order to get a flavor I wanted. I have been to much better froyo places for less. The SpongeBob on the TV was the only pleasant thing in this building. read more

I SERVE MY SELF which Is why I came here. Because you do everything your self than im ready to pay and my total came out to 5$ and some change. The cashier asks if I needed a receipt I say no, I get home and I see I'm charged double what I was owned. she tipped her self 50% my new total was 10.80. This frozen yogurt shop is a perfect spot for a date or quick snack. My girlfriend and I love it every time we come here. The shop switches up their flavors and the machines are very user friendly. After you've whipped up your bowl, you'll head to the toppings bar which you have full control of how many sour patch or Reese's pieces you'd like. My fiancé and I got there and served ourselves some diabetes in a cup then had to wait 7-8 minutes for the employee to come out of the back room to check us out. The employee was miserable. He said all of +/- 5 words to us then disappeared to the back after checking us out. THEN (and here's the kicker) BLASTED the music in the lobby til my fiancé and I couldn't bare it anymore and left. Fun yogurt shop, they have seasonal flavors such as watermelon. They offer dairy free options such as watermelon, pineapple. Not many options but enough to visit if you're craving something sweet. I wish the location was more visible, this place is hidden in Waterfront and if you do not know it's there you would easily miss it... They do offer parking and outdoor shaded seating. It's a nice place to order and eat outside. I tried their coconut and pistachio yogurt offerings and they were both great. As always, I loaded with goodies from the topping bar and added more than I needed. Keep in mind that the charge is based on weight.. those chocolates add up! They should rename this place the Peachwave Gelato store. I was really hoping to find a nice selection of frozen yogurt, but there were two flavors available, and everything else was gelato. That was a pretty major disappointment for driving 13 miles to get there. There was also no staff available to ask any questions. Not sure how it's been in business since 2015. read more

A bit on the pricey side mainly because you never really know how much its going to cost till you weigh your icecream at the end. The location is in a good spot which overall I think helps them. The frozen yogurt is good but its nothing at the end of the day im going out of my way to go get. I overall just think theirs better places with icecream to go to that id be more willing to spend my money at #nohatelol (but maybe if they did fun deals or something like $4-5 friday unlimited amount each time they go through they would get more of a draw in) They have a decent/good amount of varieties in toppings to choose from (but sometimes they just look old and like they have been sitting their the whole day its like how long has this been chillen out for) and they always change out (rotate) flavors of frozen yogurt. which is nice but also sad when your favorite flavors arent there. Birthday cake, peanut butter, wedding cake, red velvet are a few of my favorites. I think they would do even better if they started adding in dairy free options as well! read more

We were heading to Orange Leaf for some frozen yogurt with the family but it turns out they were no longer in business on the east side of town. Found Peachwave on yelp and thought we'd give it a try. I usually only get tart and strawberry when I go with some mochi. I base most of my froyo experiences on those 3 things alone. Going in, I thought, "Oh, this place looks nice." I walked towards the froyo and saw mochi as I walked by the toppings. So far so good. I went to look over the flavors as my little sister went to get some sample cups and was heartbroken. No tart. No strawberry. I tried a bunch of other flavors and ended up getting orange and cheesecake. Not too bad. I went over to get the mochi and I could feel that they were kind of hard but sometimes that can be deceiving so I got some anyway. They had pink ones and white ones! I didn't even know they made that! So I got both. Both were hard. I had a few pieces that were soft and chewy but the rest were like eating stale marshmallows. Very disappointing. Overall, it isn't bad. My family enjoyed it. I gave 3 stars because I went in expecting something and they didn't have it and what they did have wasn't the best. read more

Awful experience. I have a nut allergy and there were only two spoons to use for the entire topping line. Cross contamination at its finest. The girl at the front counter was super rude when we went to pay because we clearly interrupted her conversation with her boyfriend. She had her boyfriend turn off the open sign an hour before closing so no more customers would come in. Half the froyo options were watered down. The line was dirty and messy. read more

I love frozen yoghurt! I have been In this place for 3 times and I like it much better than orange leaf! But last time that I was here which was couple days ago, I took my friend there and she has not been to any yoghurt place before ! All the yoghurt machines, any kind were melted ! My cup was full with melted frozen yoghurt ! So I just had many Kinds of toppings instead! My friend didn't try any of the frozen yoghurt and she had the toppings! Pretty great place but not a fan of the night employee bc I waited for legit 14.3 minutes for him to check me out ha... so I preceded to stick my head thru the empty ice cream machine I tried to talk to him but he didn't respond talk about rude XD. very over-priced compared to other places. for a normal amount, it costs at least $6 for one person. not to mention, the customer service is terrible at this store. the last time i was in there, there was an employee screaming and crying in the back, yelling curse words to someone on the phone. so unprofessional every time i go in there. none of the employees know anything about good customer service. there is usually no employee in sight when i go in there. today when i went in, no one was out the entire time i was in the store. got all my stuff ready and sat at the register waiting for someone to come ring me out. could've easily walked in and walked out with it for free. when the lady finally came out, she was rude and said nothing as she checked me out and walked to the back after she was done without saying a word. not sure who the management is, but everyone needs to be trained better there. read more

Quality is much better than most self-serve places (where the cleanliness of the toppings can be suspect) and the Waterfront area it's in is very nice. So disappointed! Visited back in March, and I will not be back. I love FROYO and I'm always looking for new fun flavors but I also love the classics. Store was extremely small and cramped! They had lounge chairs for seating, egh.. First the FROYO: decent flavor selection, but the dip trays on the machines were FILLED with melted yogurt,, it was kind of gross,, not just one or two but pretty much all of them. There was yogurt melted on the floor by the machines too. And no-one was even in the store, we were the only customers! I decided on vanilla-chocolate swirl. I go to the toppings and they too were a MESS,, 3 toppings were completely gone and the bowel was empty, and some of the other containers had like one item in them, oreo crumbles were everywhere, it was a mess! the girl working was nice.
