The associate standing in front of me making drinks said someone would assist me shortly. I then moved to the register and was told by a different associate "I'll be right with you" while she stepped away to help the other employee fulfill the drink orders. A gentleman then walks in and stands in the pickup line, and the associate immediately goes over to assist him. I informed her that I still hadn't been helped yet, and she told me that she has to take care of the pickup orders first. I explained that I do have a pickup order and she responded that I was in the wrong line. I stated that I was in the pickup line for awhile and no one acknowledged me. Seriously, it's always something at this location, so it's not in my best interest to return although this one is closest to my home. I'll be limiting my patronage to the Henrico locations, and it'll just have to be a "if I'm in the area" stop as I won't be going out of my way to visit. But, the fruit teas are indeed delicious.
