When the correct order was brought out, the employee slapped it on the table, gave me a dirty look, then walked away. The dipping sauce wasn't on the plate. I asked her for it as she walked away, she ignored me. I ended up having to walk over to where a few employees were standing together and asked for the sauce. The employee gave me a smirk and a dismissive "yeah" As I walked away, the group of employees mocked me. What a disgusting way to behave. The dipping sauce came, we finished our meal and games then left. We spent almost $200 for food, bowling, and games. We will never spend another dime here or any other Main Event. Do better.

The facilities are brand new, up scale, in very good condition, and well maintained. We bowled in the Elite Suite which has requested because the Elite suites have the traditional pins, not the string pins. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Setting up the game on the touch screens was not as intuitive as I expected, but I was able to start the game, add the names, and select bumpers or no bumpers. Each lane has a dinosaur bowl ramp for bowlers who need bowl ramp. The service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and very nice and friendly. We ordered regular nachos with just cheese, lettuce, sauce, and tomato's. We paid $16 and change with tax included and received water and plastic cups. We had a fun time.

While the place may not be as modern as some of the other bowling alleys, their lanes are great, the place is very clean, and service is awesome. I've never been disappointed. As I've mentioned, we go practically every Sunday and I generally sneak in alone one day during the week.

The women working behind the desk do not…read morecare at ALL about being there, let alone to listen and help when there are problems with a lane like the ball return not functioning correctly. Their condescending attitude and answer is to say we're moving you to another lane and wave you away. Additionally, there are no sixteen pound house balls and larger hole balls. Worst bowling experience we've ever had. Ever.

The birthday party proceeded perfectly well. All Big E staff did their jobs with care and perfection! They were all attentive to the needs of the host and seemed to really want to make this a memorable event for the birthday boy and his friends. There's eight movie screens, a full sized bowling alley, climbing and jumping activities to help keep the kids energy levels manageable. In better weather outside there's also a rather large and impressive miniature golf area. I can't believe that I've missed out on this fun place to take children to.

Just bowled Decent place. Lanes are functional and dont seem to malfunction very often. Does smell like old stale smoke which is gross Probably holds the smell because it looks like ya went through a time warp back to 1985 with old carpeting wrapped around walls, trash cans etc. The prices are reasonable but probably a little steep considering their limitations with no table at the lane and odor and no remodel etc. If a Brunswick opened up next door they'd have to slash prices to compete with an updated alley. It does the trick and is worthy of 3 stars but I haven't found anything I could really say that stands out as awesome.

Which was good (for me) since it was my first time here, that gave me the opportunity to look around. If you remember Chuck-E-Cheese, or to really show my age, Showbiz Pizza, this is the adult version of those long-ago relics. First of all, FULL FREGGIN' BAR!!!! YES!!!! Great bourbon & ginger ale! I ordered my "usual" food items when I try a new place, fried pickles and lemon pepper wings (with green beans). Fried Pickles: *Great breading. Not too crunchy but not soggy. *Awesome dill flavor. Neither the breading nor the pickle flavors overpowered the other. Pretty freggin good 50/50 blend. Lemon Pepper Wings: *Another place to get some great LP wings. While I personally love my glands to EXPLODE when I eat LP wings, mine didn't. BUT, the flavor more than made up for the seasoning. +Juicy chicken on the inside with a great "crunch" as you take a bite. Green Beans: *"SNAP" as you take a bite with home cooked green beans flavor on the inside. And the service was excellent. Again, not busy at all, but that was fine with me. I bet this place rocks on the weekends. Now I say that to say this. I'm not one for large crowds or crowded places, but this would be a place I'd love to visit again on the weekend. Never made it to the arcade side or looked into how the credits work, but I'll save that for another time. If they have Space Invaders, I may be there a while.
