It took 3, 5-10 or more minutes each time to get our balls back, so for us. It's doubtful we actually bowled 1 hour, while paying for two hours. After probably the 8 time going back and forth to desk to ask for help on ball return. I asked the young man with the beard if he could at least accommodate or add an extra 30 minutes due to the abnormal number of balls not being returned? He replied by saying that " he had been bowling for years and that this was NORMAL" which I quickly responded by saying "I had been bowling for longer" and it's not normal at all. I didn't say this to him, but I'm 60+ years old and have bowled in numerous leagues near Greenville, also other cities, states, and even countries and to date. I can say without a doubt. I have never seen so many balls get stuck! This was terrible!! It's obviously a maintenance issue and it need to be fixed! Do not waste you time at this bowling alley.

Each lane has a dinosaur bowl ramp for bowlers who need bowl ramp. The service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and very nice and friendly. We ordered regular nachos with just cheese, lettuce, sauce, and tomato's. We paid $16 and change with tax included and received water and plastic cups. We had a fun time.

I ordered a drink, paid for it, and they actually poured the drink out right in front of me before telling me I was "cut off" -- after ONE drink. I was then told that it was "illegal" to serve me two drinks at a time. If there was a legitimate reason they did not want to serve me, they could have simply explained it professionally. Instead, I was made to pay for a drink just to have it poured out in front of me and was treated as though I had done something wrong when I had not even been given the opportunity to have a second drink. The entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Being a manager or server does not give you an excuse to treat paying customers however you want. There are plenty of restaurants and bars where customers can spend their money and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This place will not be getting another dollar from me, and I would encourage management to seriously reconsider how situations like this are being handled by their staff.
