We bowled in the Elite Suite which has requested because the Elite suites have the traditional pins, not the string pins. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Each lane has a dinosaur bowl ramp for bowlers who need bowl ramp. The service was excellent. The waitress was attentive and very nice and friendly. We ordered regular nachos with just cheese, lettuce, sauce, and tomato's. We paid $16 and change with tax included and received water and plastic cups. We had a fun time.

I came in as part of a group of 10, and despite everyone who wanted to drink being of legal drinking age and having valid IDs, the manager, Ana, and our server, Errica, refused to serve alcohol to the group. What happened to me personally was even more ridiculous. I ordered a drink, paid for it, and they actually poured the drink out right in front of me before telling me I was "cut off" -- after ONE drink. I was then told that it was "illegal" to serve me two drinks at a time. If there was a legitimate reason they did not want to serve me, they could have simply explained it professionally. Instead, I was made to pay for a drink just to have it poured out in front of me and was treated as though I had done something wrong when I had not even been given the opportunity to have a second drink. The entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Being a manager or server does not give you an excuse to treat paying customers however you want. There are plenty of restaurants and bars where customers can spend their money and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This place will not be getting another dollar from me, and I would encourage management to seriously reconsider how situations like this are being handled by their staff. One of the worst customer-service experiences I've had. Absolutely unacceptable.

There's plenty of open space at this park for an event like this, and it was very well organized with a lot of helpful volunteers. There were many bounce houses that were separated between toddler and older kids, which I appreciated. The Easter egg drops themselves (from a helicopter!) were also organized by age (by giving the children different color wrist bands) and all of the drops were on different baseball fields at different times. The only thing that was a bit chaotic was the bottleneck in the one tiny gateway to leave the field after the egg drop. Overall, it was a fun experience and one we would consider repeating.

The company listed no age restrictions on their website. We called twice and asked if there were any restrictions. My son is five years old and has tubed TWICE before. In NC the age limit is four. We assumed and called to check. This is no way to run a business! We had a group of 5 to tube today. They lost 100 bucks on not letting me sign a waiver that I would be 100% responsible for my sons safely.

We booked everything online and signed our waivers ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it made check-in super quick. The company has a convenient gift shop that sells snacks, drinks, candy, towels, and shirts, and they even rent out coolers if you need one. We brought our own snacks and drinks but forgot towels, so we purchased a couple there. I also appreciated that they offer to hold your car keys at the front desk--I used this service just in case. They offer cooler floats for $10 and paddles for $5. We rented a paddle, although it didn't help much. Next time, I'll probably rent a cooler tube to store my bag instead of holding it the whole time. The river was perfect until a sudden thunderstorm rolled in about an hour from the finish. Staff quickly pulled buses onto the riverbank and got everyone out safely. My ten-year-old daughter was terrified, but the team's swift and calm response really impressed us. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, including the owner, who personally checked on everyone when we returned to the office. Their customer service was top-notch, and because of it, we can't wait to come back--hopefully to float the entire river next time! I would highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you've never been tubing before.

Fluor Field in downtown Greenville is home to the Greenville Drive; the single A minor league…read moreaffiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The ballpark is over 20 years old, but looks very modern with open concourses and plenty of concession stands. There's even a Green Monster in left field to replicate Fenway Park in Boston. Unlike other ballparks, there is no seating beyond the outfield for fans to catch home run balls. Not sure if all minor league ballparks are doing this, but the netting is extended the full length of the outfield, severely limited chances for fans to get any foul balls. Prices for some of the concessions are highly reasonable compared to other ballparks, but the food I tried really wasn't of good quality. The game I had tickets to got rained out, but it was fairly easy to get a replacement ticket for the doubleheader the following day. They had a special Marvel superheroes day for the game attended against the Asheville Tourists, so players wore Captain America jerseys and costumed characters were in the stands to take pictures and participate in promotions. They also gave away a special X-Men comic book. The team store was quite overpriced without any budget merchandise options, but it's a trend I've been seeing at quite a few minor league ballparks. Overall, it was a fun day out at the ballpark, so if you like baseball, I'd recommend a Greenville Drive game at Fluor Field.
