The greens are some of the best in town and the fairways get better filled in every year. Traps are mostly redone and the creek on #8 is beautifully cleaned up and widened with rock water features. The grill is fantastic for burgers and beers after a round. They are super accommodating to leagues and we get a great rate for walking 9 holes every week. Glad in an era where some of the great public courses are tiring into new subdivisions that Thai course is opening and back in its glory. The owners also bought another distressed course The Rock a few years back. I have heard they are turning that course around as well. If you haven't played here in a awhile book a tee time and enjoy.

The fairways and greens of this course are very well maintained. However, the design's many blind…read moreshots and tall, unkept vegetation in front of many greens leads to slow play as players search for their ball. The "Cart Path Only" holes require traversing up and down steep slopes to get from cart path to the fairway. A hazardous situation for senior golfers given the risk of injury due to a fall. If you plan to play this course, be sure to pack plenty of golf balls....and plenty of patience. You're going to need them.

The appetizer buffet included a delightful variety of appetizers. The pimento cheese was the best I ever tasted. It even beats the Pawley's Island. Service was superb. My friend is vegan. My wife and I came in to pick up a pair of shoes I had ordered online. That process was fast, efficient, and friendly enough. We walked around for another fifteen minutes and we were not greeted again. After the initial offer to apply for a credit card two feet inside the front door and my order pickup we were practically invisible. Another note that is irritating. I live in Simpsonville so I have to drive twenty minutes to this store. Upon arrival at 10:40 am on a Sunday the doors are locked! I always check first before going to any business on Sundays and their website states they are open at 9 am on Sunday. Very disappointed that they cannot update their website. ***UPDATE*** Upon checking again the website has been updated.
