She also sent us photo updates throughout K.O.'s stay. Kehau came out to meet him before boarding him and seeing how she interacted with him right off the bat eased any apprehension I had about leaving him. That made our trip just so much easier. On top of that, he was listening to commands much more than when he left! Oh, and getting pics of him on our trip was the cherry on top. I started at the beginning of this year looking for someone to help with my 5 babies then, not realizing that she would become part of my family. We started off with a she and I meet and greet to understand each other and then set up a date for her to meet all my girls. Patricia came to the house to meet them in their surroundings. I was a little worried initial as they are all very different but things went great from the beginning. When she comes in they are all over her to give love. I use Patricia as my full time walker now and love that she texts my when she is arriving to my home and when she is leaving. I also receive pictures of my girls during the walk and an email of the route walked, who ate and what potty each did during their walks. Patricia is super helpful in continuing their training they've already received but also offers guidance with additional training; she will even take each individually to work one on one with them. The hospital is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and communicate well between the doctors and "fur parents" regarding treatment and care. The prices, while they can and do seem expensive, it is actually not bad. I compare this to "the others" that charge significantly more. So, this helps. First, I think the price for cremation and for ashes returned is outrageous since my pet was already deceased at drop off. They quoted me at over $400 okay. My dog is 63 lbs and was already deceased. Second, you would think that for a pet hospital that is so bougie and charges that much for cremation that they would offer you at least a Death Certificate. But no. No death certificate will be offered if you opt to not have ashes returned. Just FYI- if you have a pet and want ashes returned after cremation, you'll need to save some dough.

And when I'd go on a trip before Aloha Pro, they used to stop eating for a few days until they had to eat, but when Uncle Frank watched them, no such problem.
