On Saturday afternoon, I desperately starting looking for a pet sitter and ofcourse I started my search on yelp. I noticed that the pet nanny had really good reviews so I decided to contact her and left her a voicemail. She immediately returned my call, and we decided to meet on Sunday. When I met Dale on Sunday, my pets immediately warmed up to her (good sign)! She was ready to start walking my dog every day starting Monday. I went thru no hassle, she made my life SOOOOO EASY. Dale started coming every day, and would leave me with long notes (A REPORT CARD ON MY DOG & CAT) telling me all about my pets and what the visit entailed. She took photos of my dog everyday, and printed it on the report card itself... IT WAS SOOOOO CUTE. Dale is amazing. One time she had an accident which caused her face to swell up and she needed stitches. I told Dale that she should rest and not come but she insisted to come and walk my dog. Dale loves what she does and treats my dog like her own. She barely ever cancels, and if she does, she makes arrangements. Dale, the pet nanny is awesome!

In order to not be charged for a cancelled visit, you need to provide at least 24 hours notice, which is sometimes impossible because, hey, life happens. I understand they have a schedule to work around, but I wish there were 1 or 2 "freebies" for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice (or at least only charge half for 12 hours notice). That being said, I know my dog is in great hands while I am at work, which is extremely comforting. They also have quite reasonable prices. Win and I were lucky enough to be paired with Nick...my dog is fan of men, so she was always her best self when he stopped by. Nick never missed a walk, always showed up during the allotted time, and sent me pics of my dog enjoying the outdoors while I was stuck at with. He always locked up after himself and set the alarm, and left Win with fresh water. If I happened to be home, Nick was pleasant and cheerful when we greeted each other. If that wasn't great enough, in the last couple of months my dog has been struggling to walk. Nick gave her shorter walks, more time to sniff, more pats, and, as things got worse, even carried her up multiple flights of stairs when she couldn't do it herself. He really went above and beyond for Winnie. Like, so far beyond. I am incredibly grateful for the care he took with her. I will absolutely use Eric and his crew in the future.
