We needed care for our 2 very spoiled cats fir a family trip. I scheduled 2 visits per day. You are given the choice of early/ mid/ late morning, same for evening. We met with the care giver before the trip, and she met the cats. To me, this is important! The provider gives a detailed report after each service, including feeding, cleaning, and other details. We also received photos of the cats, which helped us feel confident that they were being well cared for. This company is amazing. Our sitter did a pre-visit so we could get to know her. She was so personable and really took her time to understand all the little things we do for our animals. While we were gone she visited 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Each visit we got video and pictures. On the very last day we got a "EMAIL" from our cat... it was super funny and sweet. If she walks them and we come home..... we know because they don't pay much attention to us. She is so good with them. She is able to manage 2 Greyhounds (easy) and a crazy Standard Schnauzer (not so easy).....we are so confident with her abilities. It provides so much peace of mind. I cannot say enough great things about both Fetch! Pet Care of Rockville, and the person who dog sat for our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Sadie. It was the first time we were leaving her with a stranger, and needless to say I was nervous. But Fetch! was great about putting up with my mildly neurotic behavior. I also made the request for an overnight dog sitter for three nights on pretty short notice, and they still were able to find someone. They also let me cancel one night's stay at the last minute and didn't charge me for the cancellation. I have talked with other dog owners at our dog park, and apparently Fetch's rates are very reasonable...in fact, many people said we actually paid less to have the dog sitter stay in our home and then walk her during the day, than to have boarded her, which I did not want to do. The dog sitter we had, Doron, was FANTASTIC! I cannot recommend him highly enough..he was kind, patient, obviously loved dogs and was great about e-mailing me daily to tell me how Sadie was doing. Just an all-around great guy and when we got home, as anxious as Sadie was that we had left her, we could tell she was very well taken care of and happy. read more

I love Fetch! I have had some good and some bad experiences with other dog walkers, as I've moved around the DC and VA area, but Fetch has been great. I have been using them to walk my (pretty difficult) dog since October now. The billing is easy, cancellations are easy and flexible, there aren't minimums, and my walker, Amber, is great with Tex and always very nice and pleasant to deal with. I love Fetch! They are great. I have found the best sitter with them (Maria). She is so great and I finally can relax when I go away knowing my dogs are being taken care of. She always sends me daily updates. I have an epileptic dog and she has taken such great care of him. We use Fetch! every day Mon - Fri for 30 minute visits for our two dogs while we are at work. They are lifesavers! We are completely at ease, and trust all of the sitters we have had. Our dogs love them, and most importantly get a chance to stretch their legs and be out of the cage for exercise for a little bit until we get home. Because we do more than three walks a week, we get a discount, and adding a second dog when we got our puppy was only $5 extra a day (before discount). The sitters take the time to come meet you and know your preferences and dogs needs all on their own time. Highly recommended to anyone that just got a new dog and is unsure what to do while at work, or if you just need someone to stop by while you're out of the house for a little while! read more
