We came on a Friday around 7 pm without an appointment. We were seen immediately after walking in. No wait at all, and we were greeted by multiple employees. We brought our baby with us and most of the employees were very kind and even attempted playing with her. The attitude of every employee here was very up-beat and I do not have a single complaint about their customer service. Quality of the job; they took their time doing my wife's nails correctly, they took a total of 1.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure so I was very happy to see that they were not trying to rush my wife out of there since we were approaching/ surpassed their closing time. In fact at 8:01pm (1 minute post-closing) a customer attempted to open their locked door and they went ahead and opened the door for them and quickly waxed their eyebrows without a single hint of them being annoyed that the customers came in after they've already closed. My wife and I are overall very satisfied with their work and with the way they treated us. We will defiantly be coming back for all of my wife's nail needs. I am very happy that my coworker recommended this place. And if this amazing experience was not enough, they even noticed that I had a Sakura menu in my hand and mentioned that if I show my receipt from this salon I would get 10% discount. And they didn't stop there! My wife and I went into Sakura and had a seat, then I went out to my car to grab something and the lady who did my wife's nails got a hold of me and gave my my receipt as I forgot it so that I could get that discount! I would not recommend this place. They sat me down as if I were ready to get my nails done and I waited for 25 minutes. Once they were ready to do my nails, they asked me what I want done. I mentioned I wanted liquid gel. The staff completely ignored me and moved onto the next client leaving me in the dark. She then comes later to me and says oh I can't do that. I don't know how to do that so I have to wait again for the person that knows how to do that. I said well can you at least get started with the manicure? She completely ignored me. I am BEYOND livid and upset with this place. Went Wednesday, September 18th to have nails put on. I had my real nails exposed on multiple fingers. Had one break on me Thursday...I super glued it back on. I had 2 more break on Friday evening, could only glue 1 back on. I return Sunday the 22nd to have them fix what was broken. Gave me attitude saying I didn't get them done there and I showed picture proof I did (was my daughters first time). They repaired and they were beautiful BUT didn't match the rest of my 7 fingers. I had for a nail tech an older lady and she rushed up my full set and pedi, she didn't even clean the excesses of product from my nails, she just told me to rinse my nails and go for the pedi. Will never go back. Went in for pedicure. Water was scolding hot and they would not cool it down. Lady worked so fast it was not relaxing at all. Kept pushing me to do gel which I did not want. I thought she asked about a spot on my foot but she was actually asking if I wanted a callus treatment so my bill went up over $10 without my true consent. I started going here in 2008, was soo happy with services. This last year, always rushing, nails service has gone down hill. Always seeking cash pay to avoid fees. Ridiculous service. This place is absolutely horrible, my nail tech was going between me and 5 other people the entire time and wasn't paying attention to my nails once so ever. I ended up leaving with my nails looking grown out because she shaved so much off the bottom and my thumb nail is completely crooked. She also never asked me what shape I wanted and just started to file my nail into a circle extremely fast to where I had to correct her once I could actually see my nail. Made appointments for 5:00 for 2 pedicures. Arrived at 5 and was seated right away but they didn't even begin my friend's pedicure until 5:20. Her pedicure was completely finished before they even started mine. We both got the same type of pedicure but they did massage and hot stone for mine and didn't do anything for my friend other than used the callous smoother. They charged her $27 but 10 minutes later said they charged her incorrectly and she actually owed $32 total. We asked why she didn't get the same treatment I got even though we selected the same service and they said they don't always do the same thing and wouldn't give any other explanation ... what?! Went to Peace Nails yesterday to get my nails done because the dip I had got a week and a half ago at another salon chipped off. Most salons I go into grind away and then soak off the dip. Not Peace nails. They took this little triangle pick thing and literally picked the dip powder away from my natural nail and broke off 4 of my natural nails. Not only did they break my nails, they cut too far into my cuticle and made it bleed, to stop the bleeding, they put super glue on my cuticle! They ended up giving me 10% off for making me bleed, but I will not be returning. read more

I went there for a pedicure on a Friday night. It was super busy so I thought it must not be as bad as the reviews made it sound. It was horrible, unsafe, scary, and I wanted to leave immediately. I am visibly pregnant and I should have just got up and left because I was scared. I paid $32 for an employee to physically abuse my legs and feet. The older lady who did the pedicure was rough, and boarder-line just downright abusive. I could handle her being rough during the part where they trim your nails, etc. but during the massage part she hit my legs several times with her hands and a hot stone. Nobody should be smacked hard during a pedicure by a hand or a stone. She also put oil all over my legs and didn't even wipe it off, the polish was messy, and just an overall uncomfortable and horrific experience. Just go somewhere else! read more

But not just that but she sprayed some sort of alcohol solution on my nails and starts rubbing my nails aggressively which stung my cut so bad I was about to cry. First time to Peace Nails for pedicure and dip nail manicure. The pedicure polish chipped after just a few days. I have had other pedicures that last for weeks. How sanitary is a dip nail manicure when one dip powder container is used for many customers? Never had dip before and will certainly not return to Peace. My nail manicurist was rude, continuing to make comments as she proceeded to manicure my nails. She seemed angry. No other manicurist spoke to her so not sure who she was talking to. I only know she didn't/ couldn't answer my questions. Did she understand my questions? I certainly did not understand her. She made no attempt to communicate. I should have listened to the reviews and gone somewhere else, but this was the closest nail salon to my parent's house. I pointed out that my nails were rough before he went to put on the polish, but he insisted they would be fine once the polish was applied - wrong...my nails are rough and actually smudged overnight (12 hours after I had the polish applied). Just came in for a polish on my nails. I hate pedicures and did not want one. They were incredibly unfriendly because I wouldn't get a pedicure. They barely talked to me, I had to make sure they trimmed my toenails and then they just left without even a smile. They never even asked how I liked them. Poor customer service. Just because I didn't want a pedicure doesn't mean you can't give justifiable customer service. Used to love this place, but I am not longer going to be coming here. I was very disappointed. At the cash register, after ringing me up and realizing I wasn't paying cash, they charged me 20% more than their cash-paying customers. I believe this violates the credit card company's business agreement, and certainly left me feeling violated. The service was poor. A woman gave me the gel colors to look at and select a color. Worst place ever. I could not understand they were saying after asking questions. But, it was obvious that the customer service was completely missing. I was so disappointed because the guy who did my nails was the owner and he somehow manage to do half the job. He did not wash my hands nor ask me to do it before nor thru the process of getting my nails put on. First of all, the lady doing my nails was coughing and sneezing all over me, the towels were not cleaned between customers, and the place was just unsanitary. I get a mani/pedi about every other week and the pedicure I came in with (2 weeks old) looked better than I left with. Nail polish was rough and smudged and my entire nails weren't even covered. I didn't know the previous owners but followed the current owner as a regular customer from another nail salon because she is worth following! Kathy and her friendly staff are all very professional do great acrylic and gel nails, pedicures, waxing etc... The salon is very clean and the staff very conscientious.
