Hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Highline Wholesale treated me like…read morefamily from start to finish. Everything was transparent, no sales pressure, and they even matched my trade-in offer from another dealership. The process was quick, the fees were way lower than big dealerships, and the whole experience just felt easy. I'll be sending everyone I know their way. Shout out to Eric and Wayne!

No pressure, everyone was friendly, and I never felt like I couldn't walk away no questions asked. And some of the blame is on me, because I've been wanting a truck for some time now, and went into this a little impatient and excited to get my first truck, so I could've inspected it better and asked more questions. My issue is transparency. I was told the check engine light was on for an O2 sensor. When I scanned it at home there were four codes, two of them were for the O2 sensor, the other two were for something else, knock sensor and an evap system pressure sensor, and that could've been a misunderstanding, and they lumped them all together as O2 sensor codes. My ride back home was over 40 minutes, and the transmission slipped right before i got home, and had to pull over and restart the truck to make it back home. Looking it over in my driveway afterward, I found a rear main seal leak, transmission fluid on the dip stick that was brown and smelled burnt, and one tire that was a different brand with noticeably more tread than the other three, which made the truck shake at highway speed. Also when I started heading back home I realized the gas tank was basically on empty. I called, and they were willing to talk and did seem like they wanted to help. They said they test drove it multiple times and spoke with the previous owner, and that nobody had transmission issues. As-is means as-is, i didn't even call to try and get a transmission out of them, more so in hopes that the previous owner, potentially rebuilt the transmission under warranty or something like that. What would've made this a five star deal for me would've been some transparency on the issues, and I'm not saying that they said it was a perfect truck, more so I don't think its too much to ask for what's currently wrong with it that doesn't require a mechanic to look at it (rear main seal leak, all the actual codes, the tire tread difference, transmission dip stick fluid condition, full tank of gas). At a little over $7,000 out the door, I'd have still bought this truck knowing all of it -- just at a different price if i could, and the transmission didn't slip on the test drive or anything like that, but as mentioned the trans dip stick would've told me its on the way out, and unfortunately i didn't bother to check before purchasing. Instead it's parked until I can afford a transmission. If you aren't confident diagnosing a vehicle yourself, pay a mechanic to inspect anything you buy here as-is. And also to be fair, I'm sure buying new here with a warranty is good.

I specifically stated to Paris and…read morethe guy that continued going on and on about how much of a beautiful color the wrap was and continuously stating it was due to the sun that I wasn't willing to pay over $900 for a wrap removal that was done incorrectly to begin with. You offered to remove it for $75 an hour but still stated that it may go over the 15 hour window. I never once stated that I wasn't willing to pay. Y'all can save your lies. As far as what was stated to me initially, PARIS specifically stated that it would last 3-5 years. Take accountability for the f'ed up job and do better as a veteran owned business. 3/4/26 Less than 2 years old but they won't take accountability for the mediocre work. I was literally told today that "It's the suns fault" that the wrap is ripping by one of their employees. Lol what? So the indirect sunlight in the sky is hitting the car in that particular angle causing the wrap to rip in this spot but no other spots? Yeah ok. Not the fact the it was ripped when you guys removed the PPF and no one bothered to fix it or mention it? When I originally got my wrap done in 2024 there were multiple areas that needed to be redone because it was done poorly the first time. I was told the wrap would last 3-5 years which is why I chose this particular wrap but now I'm being told this particular wrap only last 1.5- 2 years. Now they're wanting to charge an arm and a leg to have the wrap removed for work that was completed incorrectly. I guess if you don't have a "fancy" looking car then your car will be the test dummy.
