I hired this so-called "business owner" for fence work, and it was the WORST decision of my life. First off, the guy literally lives in his nephew's BASEMENT like some kind of freeloading troll. Shows up to meetings smelling like mold and stale pizza, with his "office" being a cluttered dungeon full of empty cans and laundry piles. Zero professionalism - he's late every time because he's "napping downstairs." But the real kicker? This dude is HIGH AS A KITE 24/7. I caught him mid-job, eyes glazed, mumbling nonsense while doing lines off his nephew's coffee table. Tools everywhere, half-assed work, and he straight-up admitted to popping pills "to stay creative." My project? Botched beyond repair. Save your money and sanity. Ken did a lot of trim painting for us, put up a shutter that had blown off by the storms. He didn't stop there. He went over and beyond what we asked him to do like trimming our hedges and painting an extra entry window. He doesn't "lollygag" and gets the job done quickly. Ken's prices are crazy good. We hired him for installing a walk in shower but it turned into a bathroom remodel. It was for my elderly father in law so we wanted it down as quickly as possible. He had it all completed in 3 1/2 days. My father in law is very pleased with his work and we are also. Other than the shower we had him install a new vanity, flooring and trim. I strongly do not recommend this company for any tiling work. Communication was almost nonexistent, and the quality of work was so poor that the entire job had to be torn out and redone.
