As for us we simply jumped on the internet and persued what was available, and Millership & Co ended up being the agents that were selling the house that we eventually purchased. I have to admit that we had no problems whatsoever with these guys. They were always available to assist us in inspecting the house, and the transfer went through without a hitch. Most importantly we did feel like we got our value for money. Okay, they really only operate in the outer northern parts of Melboure, but I have to say that it was a pleasure working with them.

Facility room are good enough, standard modern equipments, and every rooms come with good view as well. Gym rooms separated between cardio, weight room and stretch lounge room. While you in sauna room, you can enjoy also the view, it is amazing! Inside your unit, laundry room provided with washing machine and dryer plus some detergent. Vacuum cleaner and cooking equipments are also equipped. Very convenient! Well, you must asked why I gave only 4 stars ?(because there is no option for 3,5 stars option available!) You must see the review below me, I don't disputed some fact that are true, I found soft mandarin almost rotten on fruit basket for breakfast that provided, and the Windows from my apartment when I came in the first day not so clean, marked of finger prints in some Windows, and evidence of thin layer of dust in corners of living rooms and bed rooms. Our apartment (also on the 61st Floor) had AMAZING view, breathtaking, you see all of Port Melbourne, watch the spirit of Tasmania come and go, all of docklands, the bolte bridge, the westgate bridge. Just downstairs is a convenience store for all supplies like milk and bread (apartment has a toaster and kettle and tea/coffee). The swimming pool, spa and sauna are on level 33 and we went every night to tire out the kids.. it worked a treat. Tram is just outside although it's a short walk to places like Southern Cross station. I took the boys for a train ride to Yarraville and watched a movie at the Sun Theatre which is an easy walk from yarraville station. We ate in a lot and ordering was a breeze, I downloaded deliveroo app and just pulled in the address and had no problems. If you are going to do this, take my code dezr as a voucher to get $20 off your first order (you're welcome) The apartment has laundry facilities, including detergent, and a dishwasher with power provided. The internet is nice and fast and flawless. You get an apple tv device with netflix provided, it really is a home away from home and I'd recommend this place easily to my friends. I am POSTING and sharing my experience to try and help others…read more I built a what currently feels like a METRI-COFFIN with Metricon in 2011. My original settlement date was delayed to check for slab heave they said there was nothing wrong, I had fixed site cost however they dug into my flat block of land 1.4m leaving me with additional site cost and retaining wall around my whole 500m2 block and unexpected concrete around the entire house multiple site managers and no-one knew what was going on or why it was done they said it should not have been done. I have a ton of emails from deposit stage saying that retaining walls were included the sales lady even crossed out the retaining wall exclusion on the fixed site cost form emailing me confirmation of them being included before I signed it and paid. They then asked me if it was okay to move my house 35cm away from the fence line so then I wouldn't need retaining walls... I didn't want to but I was trying to work with them and was happy I wouldn't need the 300-600mm est cut it would make it less than a 300mm cut I was advised then shock horror seeing my block with a huge hole leaving a moat around my house. I was stuck because within weeks of moving in my house was falling apart and was told my warranty is void if I don't address these issues and pay them more. Since then earlier last year I have severe heaving walls and floors. I had a mental break down and have not been working since Feb 2016 I had to relocate they came and did a patch job knocking and redoing parts of the house expect the major item that needed addressing. The slab. The ceiling and wall plaster was not even all nailed in they discovered parts of my ceiling were only being held up by the Cornes which is secured with liquid nails when it was torn down and I have damp carpet, loose tiles cracks starting to appear I have spiders living in holes in my mortar so I'm waiting for more bricks to snap off soon. It has given me severe anxiety and panic attacks I signed my contract at 21 hoping for a dream home now I've attempted suicide and have to be medicated and monitored after the torture Metricon homes has put me through mentally and financially my house is still on a lean they attempted redoing some brickwork due to edge heave I have to sticky tape my draws from opening. They never checked under my flooring to see if my slab was ok they said they didn't have time. I have salt attack foam around the edges of my garage that has been sealed numerous times the Metri-con fix was to attempt to angle grind it off just in the visible areas which didn't even work this salt attack can rot timber I have had bricks snap off from the salt it also attacks termites. They admit to the unnecessary stress they put me under but aren't even willing to discuss any sort of compensation and told me to seek legal advise. Well there is another big softley storm coming there way thank gp the warranty manager for that one. This house is just a financial burden and emotional disaster this company has caused I have done everything they told me to do to prevent any further damages, however their delays in denying liability was to late (I did retaining walls and concrete within months of moving in when I noticed what was going on as per their direction..The edge of one side then dropped a bit because I'm guessing it prevented moisture they caused by leaving a moat around my House and a back yard I had to climb into early 2012 there was lots of rain I would just watch my highly reactive balsitic clay splash all over my back sliding door and wait for my fences to fall over ..When the house edge moved again dropping (then they tried to blame my external concrete on the existing problem) Metricon have done 4 drain test to date so far (not even proper ones) but after an inter-pendant complete drain, static and pressure test done...cause of slab heave they were trying to cover up at my cost, only to discover beneath the house sewer leaks, all 9 storm water points leaking all aggy around the house including an incorrect over site cut and slab poured 3 classes below the site soil classification, Due to Metricon's misconduct, non-compliance and deception my house can no longer be my home anymore and has to be knocked down and the site needs 3 years of drying out before commencing re construction THANKS A-LOT I would not trust Metricon to build a kennel for my dog to live in, let alone a house for a family. As for my over all review I would not even give them one star if there was a lower option based on negligence, delay, refuse to admit they are wrong, can't build a house and lie to avoid rectifying their mistakes incase it sets a "precident" METRICON, Love where you heave.
