DO NOT do business with them, I was promised my…read moreshutters in 6 to 8 weeks it took them nearly 17 weeks, the installer came out alone and I had to spend half a day up on a ladder helping the installer FIT the shutters as he needed a second set of hands to hold them. After all this they provided me with the WRONG color (wasn't out by a huge amount was still grey, but the wrong grey) after all this I tried to come to a compromise with them as obviously I wished to have the shutters either re done in the right color to match everything else or some sort of discount for the much around, they offered a few hundred dollars off a $17,000 job. When I said that wasn't acceptable I wanted them to do something better they assumed I was trying to dodge the bill, were extremely rude and unprofessional, emailed me back and said they are removing the good will discount of a few hundred and if I didn't pay in 24 hours they would add a near $1800 late fee, I responded to them and said that wasn't acceptable I'm waiting for the general manager to come up with a fair middle ground instead I got send a new invoice with the $1800 fee added and the next morning was forwarded to E Collect a debt collection agency they use. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what looks to be a good company. I will be pursuing this further, but in my honest opinion I would steer clear of these people. I have had shutters done on my two other houses and never had any issues like this before. I have also worked in the sales and building industry for well over a decade and have never seen a company treat its customers like this. They took $5400 deposit so they have some of the money and they will not come to a fair arrangement. To put it into perspective from memory I was only asking for approx another $1000 off the price of the total job to make it fair and Instead this is how I get treated. Ultimate shutter you are the ultimate customer service failures.

Only three months since install but we have had numerous problems with our outdoor blinds. Most…read morepathetic product and service we have received from Cameron Blinds, it may not even be a genuine Ziptrack product we were sold in the first place. Bunch of liars in the office denying the fact that they are responsible for the delayed install that took 6 visits and more than 2 weeks to be completed. After the install we had to keep requesting their install team to come out and fix different issues over and over again (at least 8 times in just 3 months). Now bragging about their 40 years of experience and blaming issue like wind and weather, which is of course a problem in Melbourne but products and services are designed and delivered to meet those issues and clients are properly informed on how to use the product and avoid these problems during such times. They think it's a joke to take clients hard earned money and then then ask to pay again for visits to fix the issues, not honoring the warranty. Very arrogant owner who has 0 manners or respect for suffering customers. We will take this to VCAT or anywhere else it needs to go to teach them a lesson and get our money back.
