Real-estate agents and property mangers have such a bad reputation, which is fair enough. That's why I was shocked to find that the Thompson property manger was so lovely to me when I was renting a house that was being handled by them. When I had a complaint they'd get straight on to it. If the owner wanted to raise the rent, they were on my side pleading my case. Too good to be true, huh? Well that's why I thought it was worth mentioning.
