They offered a good selection of condiments including Sriracha Hot Sauce. Accessible for those with mobility issues (eg: wheelchair). Dogs were welcomed as long as they were not on the chair/bench. This is by for the best food truck I've ever eaten at. It's actually a double-decker bus that has been updated and outfitted into a gourmet eatery. The restoration of the double-decker is truly impressive and ultra modernized. The entire bottom level houses a full kitchen with an ordering window. On the second level, you'll find a gorgeous dining room that seat sup to 20 people with contemporary furnishings- hardwood floors, floral arrangements, a hydraulic roof that raises, views of the mountains, and they even managed to fit a four person booth! The attention to detail is remarkable. They had me hooked when I saw they have prosecco on tap. Folks can choose from a grab and go menu, at the ordering window or they can enjoy a full service meal upstairs in the dining room. On our visit it was pouring rain, so the patio seating wasn't available while we were there for lunch. The lunch menu is a fixed menu that comes with your choice of a main course, side, and a small dessert for $30, $35 if you order a beer or glass of prosecco. The menu is small but it packs a punch. Our group of four basically ordered almost all the items on the menu and of course I got a taste of it all. I ordered the soup to start. It was carrot that day and it was delicious, but it could have been served warmer. For the main, I ordered the PD3 Bahn Mi-which is pork done three ways- it was layers of bacon, pate and mortadella. The ingredients were super fresh and the bread was delicious. Other orders at our table were the Burrata, Grilled Cheese and the Tuna Poke, so like I said, we ordered every entree on the menu. Our favorites were the Burrata and the Tuna Poke, but each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The sweet of the day was a cookie, but they had sold out so we got to enjoy cupcakes that they had baked for a catering order. This spot really elevates the culinary scene in Canmore. I hadn't been back in almost five years and seeing this addition to the local business community is really awesome. I highly recommend PD3. I'm looking forward to checking out the Yugo Eat food truck next time! PD3 basically offers three dining experiences on the property- There is another small truck that offers gourmet Asian style hot dogs, tacos from the ordering window of the double-decker, and the prix fixe menu on the top level of the double-decker. read more

If you are ever in Canmore, head down Main Street until you see the unassuming double decker for bus parked on a lot between two buildings. During the day and the summer season it is both a walk up food truck downstairs and a full dining resturant upstairs. We actually discovered this during the Canmore Uncorked event where we enjoyed the $79 set menu experience. We had no idea of the treats we were in for. The space is great and very intimate only seating about 16 people. You have a great view of the mountains from all sides and the amazing smells that waft up the tiny little spiral staircase from the kitchen is amazing! We enjoyed a great 5 course tasting menu that included coal buns and shrimp toast along with table side smoked scallop and pork three ways. Even reading the descriptions on the menu we were amazed at how the chef here transforms his ingredients into something you would never expect. If you are looking for a unique dining experience I would highly suggest you venture to the mountains and take a culinary ride on the bus! read more

Quite a unique place in Canmore. The idea of having a two-decker bus parked in a semi-open parking lot is unusual in the area. The taco was okay. Give it a try. I won't order their seasoned fries again as it seemed to be a rather poor imitation of the Japanese seasoned fries. Unfortunately, it tasted really bad that I (reluctantly) threw it out. Other than the seasoned fries disaster, I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy a unique and fun place to chill and drink. read more

We were walking down Main Street trying to find something besides the usual touristy/pub food & came across this awesome looking, double decker bus w dining on the upper floor. We looked over the menu & gave it a try. Texas has some outstanding tacos & PD3's could definitely hold their own next to them. Even their tortillas tasted homemade. The shrimp tacos were perfect w a nice peanut-ee sauce w slaw. The beef tacos were just as good. The fries were spiced & came along w a flavorful sauce on the side. Love the outdoor vibe with good tunes. The food here is on point. Modern asian fusion casual food done well. Slightly pricy for gourmet take on fast food, but delicious none the less. Post-hike tacos for the win! After forgetting to pack snacks while we hiked Hai Ling we were starving! PD3 and their backpacker tacos for the win. You get two tacos with your order and they are stuffed to the max with delicious ingredients, I don't even know what all was in my taco but I definitely inhaled it. I was also very excited to see the slushy's on the menu, I opted for the non-alcoholic version this time and it was perfect. This is a long overdue review. Have a friend visiting and recommend this place to them. This is a must when you're passing through canmore. Great food truck tacos with alot of unique recipes. Came here twice after 2 hikes, our group of 3 got different things each time and we loved everything. Whatever taco you order, definitely get an order of fries as well, they were ridiculous. Great out door seating area and there is a cool open seating room above the food truck. Prices are very fair and good sized portions. Definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

Locals are done eating here... at least the many that I know. When this place opened a couple of summers ago, there was great talk: a neat and novel idea, good quality food, prepared fresh and quickly, and for reasonable prices - even some mid-week deals! Now in 2018: Gone. Hours are inconsistent and unpredictable, service is horrible, and deals are gone. Last night was the last straw for us... after three tries in the last few weeks, with the place being inexplicably closed, we showed up at 8PM on a beautiful evening when the streets of Canmore were humming with activity. Approached the counter... kitchen closed. The reason? "I've been working here all by myself, and I got behind." This was the cashier, not the kitchen. What a joke. Our experiences are not unique... the attitude in Canmore now is to not even bother. And we won't. read more

In the heart of downtown canmore there's a refurbished double decker bus which serves up some delicious fusion fare! I had a chicken wrap, but it was no ordinary wrap, it was filled with curry flavored ramen noodles! It sounds odd but he flavors really worked well together, definitely one of the best wraps I have ever tasted! The portion was quite large as well, I was full after eating half the wrap. We also ordered the fries which were topped with nori flakes and served with a side of kinship aioli. I found the nori seaweed flavors a bit over powering. My only complaint is that it was quite windy up on the bus and made it difficult to eat. read more
