Relaxing on Leo's deck after enjoying our burritos.

After a long, hard climb up a mountain this place hit the spot! Big burritos with black beans, rice and meat. Husband had shrimp added to Suzy Q which was loaded with peppers. I enjoyed the Cluck Norris. Each served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa. Plus sat on the deck with the dogs.

We were in Edgewater, BC visiting family this summer (Aug 2018) and drove by this cool looking place on the way to the Radium Hot Springs pool. Our family, who are local to the area, hadn't tried this restaurant yet so after a great time at the pool, we popped in for a bite. And thankfully we did! Their food was awesome! We were a group of 8, and we all tried their beef, surf & chicken tacos, Conrad Kain burrito, and couple platters of nachos. OMG, all the food was deeeee-lish! Oh and for the adults, we tried the Margarita, and they were ON POINT! My mouth waters just thinking of their food & margaritas! When we are in the area again, we'll definitely be back for more! And I'm sure our family, who are in that area, will be by more often now that they know what it's like!

Great food at a good price. Options to make it spicy. They have dairy free options for those of you who are lactose. Will go there again.

I had the cluck Norris, which was loaded with chicken and avocado, it was truly out-of-this-world.

I'm the only person in my family who cannot eat gluten & here I could safely taste their food. My husband and I both ordered fish and chips. The fish was crispy & hot and the fries were good too. My kid ordered poutine with brisket. The gravy was also gluten free. Everything was fantastic, great versions of these classic dishes. The service was great from start to finish. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arriving. When I mentioned how excited I was to see gluten free fish & chips, the server was proud to share that they have a dedicated frier for celiacs. When we were ready to go she had the plates cleared & a check instantly. It was a perfect lunch.

I had the butter chicken with added naan, as I strongly prefer not to eat burgers or red meat for health reasons. Sorry but I found my butter chicken a bit disappointing. - The chicken was a bit dry. I was choking at one point. - the naan seems to be store bought and microwaved. - the sauce was not bad, though nothing standing out. - they forgot to bring me steamed veggies. They did bring them eventually but it seemed like microwaved veggies. So in summary a bit disappointing. My friend who had bison said it was tough.

Well, how can I pass up the chance to review an American chain restaurant? One of three in Canada,…read moreall of which are in Alberta, apparently. The restaurant is attached to the Fox Hotel. I was a walk-in, and the pleasant host took my phone number and after a short wait and a text message, I was in. I mean, this is Banff, right? The outdoor seating looked prime, so of course I ate inside. Indoors was clean, bright, and sort of rustic. It matched the chalet style houses along the road. My server was busy but friendly, and soon I had placed my order for 5 "Crispers" and a Wild Life Caesar. The food came quickly. The fries were a bit crispy and nicely salted. The coleslaw was creamy, not too sweet, and had a really fresh taste. It was a nice match for the Crunchers (chicken fingers) and the Buffalo sauce. They were not greasy at all, the breading was crunchy and thin, the chicken itself was tender and whole chiclen, not the nasty ground up and formed miscellaneous chicken bits and the Caesar was a good spicy serving. (I especially appreciated the slices of pickles on a spear draped over the top.) Nothing earth shattering here, but for what it is, an upscale chain restaurant, everything was pretty darn good, and overall a slight notch above similar meals I've had. (I was really tired of getting chicken fingers with tendon still embedded.) It was packed when I got here and still packed as I type this, so I think that says a lot.

Had a nice ambience with plenty of seating inside and outside. However we found it was a little chilly inside the restaurant, especially near the windows where we were seated. The staff was friendly, but we found that service was a little slow even though it was not busy at the time of our visit. We appreciated the variety of breakfast items. It was definitely catered to international visitors. However, the food itself tasted just average. We ordered the Eggs Benedict with avocado and tomato, pancakes, French toast, and the omurice. The eggs Benedict came out cold, the omurice needed some additional ingredients for flavoring, and the pancakes and French toast came out dry. They charged us extra for a little tablespoon of extra maple syrup. The only tasty item was the smashed potatoes. Overall, would not recommend this place. It didn't seem like the price matched the quality of the food or the service.

It's a great spot if you're looking for a mix of international and Western flavors. Reservations can be made directly from their homepage via TouchBistro. There are about 10 spots available in the private parking lot. While it was too cold to enjoy the patio during our visit, outdoor dining is available in warmer weather, and the mountain views from the restaurant are stunning. FOOD: 1. Firecracker Calamari (3/5) - Crispy calamari with sautéed peppers, soy, and sesame. Unfortunately, this appetizer had more side ingredients than actual calamari. It's shareable between 3-4 people, but I wouldn't order it again. 2. Canmore Pasta Bison Ravioli (3/5) - Served with a creamy au jus sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and parmesan. I didn't try this one personally, but those who did said it was just "OK." It comes with one slice of garlic toast. 3. Chicken Nirvana (4/5) - A coconut-based gravy with ginger, green chili, curry leaves, basmati rice, and Kerala parotta. The curry was a bit watery for my taste, and I wished the spices were more pronounced. That said, the parotta was nicely crisp -- always a win. 4. Alberta Beef Short Ribs (3/5) - Served with vegetables and gravy. I had a few bites and liked it, but something felt like it was missing -- I couldn't quite put my finger on what. 5. Atlantic Salmon (5/5) - Paired with a tarragon leek lemon emulsion and vegetables. I rarely order salmon at non-Japanese restaurants, but this was an exception. The salmon was perfectly cooked -- not dry at all -- and the emulsion brought everything together beautifully. The service was OK. The server was pleasant, and our drinks never touched the bottom. However, we had an early dinner time, and they were out of two items on the menu. Would I come back? Maybe. I'll explore other places before coming back.
