It is 8,000 sq. ft. with steel and concrete between the floors to accompany our in-floor heating system. Over the years, we have had multiple IT companies try, but fail, to fix the problems that we were having with our WiFi and the connections to our cameras. In just four short hours, Rodney installed a very economical commercial-grade WiFi system and connected our cameras to our network. He also installed a cyber-threat protection and monitoring system. Our system now works perfectly. My only regret is that I didn't hire Firma It Solutions & Services years ago.

I agreed to his price, and he knew what help we needed. Alex was a no-show. I was worried and called a few times. No reply back. I waited for a couple of hours in case there was a good reason and because I had waited several days to get this work done. I even called later in the afternoon to give him a chance to let me know what happened. Several calls into him without the courtesy of a return call. That all happened six days ago, so no excuses at this point. Meanwhile, I lost valuable time. And need to schedule someone legit to come out and help. When I thought my laptop was dying (motherboard error messages), I bought a new computer. Then, at a friend's suggestion, I took both machines to Marc to get data transferred from the afflicted one to the new. He looked them over and told me he thought he could fix the old one pretty easily, so I left them with him. A few days later, Marc called me to pick them up. He had the old one working like new, had transferred all the data to the new one, and had installed in both a suite of "maintenance" tools on which he instructed me. He told me my old computer was a great machine - I'd just let spyware and malware pile up. He "tuned up" both laptops and showed me how to keep things running well. He also explained how things had gotten mucked up. All this for a VERY reasonable price! A month later, when my son's laptop was having problems, I immediately called Marc for help. He fixed it. When another problem arose, Marc suggested calling the laptop maker rather than paying him for what could be a warranty issue. You can trust Marc!

We run two small home-based businesses and CHTS supplies us with a very robust security system. I…read morefeel very confident with them because I know they do a lot of tech solutions for medical offices, and those have to be VERY secure for HIPAA, etc. I've called CHTS on a few occasions with other, non-security, technical issues, and they've been able to remote in and get the items taken care of; I don't have to take my laptop someplace and wait for it, which is huge when you're trying to run a business. Everyone from the technicians to the receptionist and the billing department have been kind and gracious. I would highly recommend this company; they have been great to work with.

We'd call comcast and they would say it's the settings in your phone. I always felt like I was getting the run around. They sold me a phone system, and did not want to service me. Not only did they not want to service me, I had a tech be extremely rude with me Out of about 8 service calls I only had 1 that felt like I found a solution, and that was because it actually was a comcast problem. This is not a company that finds out your needs and sets up a system that meets them. This is a company that sells phone systems. After that, good luck. I had someone at my office today to service my phones. When I told them what I paid for the system, they said I was ripped off. I'm extremely disappointed.
