The setup had firmware that didn't work properly, and I ran into driver conflicts between the RAID firmware and other components, which caused instability and ongoing issues. When I tried to get answers, Anton was stuttering through explanations and giving me conflicting information that felt dishonest and misleading. On top of that, the pricing and quotes didn't match what I was later told. Overall, this was one of the worst sales and support experiences I've had. Do not deal with him seriously, avoid him if you can. I would recommend going to the Cambridge location instead if you're looking for better service.

We asked about the warranty we had purchased, and they told us that it was not their store policy to replace defective equipment. We told them we wanted the warranty cost replaced then, and were told they couldn't do that either.
