After requesting an estimate thru Yelp, we were immediately contacted by Desert Pride's owner and then our Project Manager, Ruben Aceves. Ruben called to discuss our project and then came out to our home within a day. He was extremely polite and accommodating, yet unassumingly confident. He listened, asked some questions, made some very insightful recommendations, took some pictures and sent us a solid estimate as promised. Once we retained them, Ruben was our phenomenal daily point of contact. He worked with us closely to understand and meet our every wish. He came to the house every day and texted throughout the day to let us know who was coming, when and what to expect. Ruben was so knowledgeable and laid back that he gave us advice on things we were considering doing outside their scope of work. (i.e. new front doors thru Home Depot and some flooring thru a friend of a friend.) The project turned out more beautifully than we imagined. Everything was completed on time and there were no surprises on pricing or timeliness. Even when we changed our minds on some of the details, Ruben didn't flinch or hit us up with a change order. I can't promise that everyone will get such amazing treatment, because we're just one customer, but I'll never consider anyone other than Desert Pride for any future needs.

Once you reach out to them, they provide an expected timeline, and they stick to it. They are also very quick in their turnaround. One challenge I've found here in the Valley is that you need to call contractors several times before they pickup. This is not the case with Vincere. They are very proactive in reaching out and following-up. Second, their quality of work is excellent. You can really trust that whatever work they are doing for you, it will be a top-notch work. Third, you can trust they are giving you the right quote. I never felt like I was given an insane quote. It always felt like the right price point. Fourth, they really listen to the customer, and make sure they understand their requirements. Once the job is done, they go over it to make sure everything was done properly. A simple Google search will generate an AI response that is devastating. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Any claim that he is "working with us" is untrue. We waited 30 days for him to return to fix the work, and instead of scheduling a date he mocked us.
