He explained how their system worked and gave us a sample of the shrimp cocktail which I though was good although a bit sweet. The salad ingredients seemed fresh and soup was homemade (chicken w/vegetables). We decided to dine in and that's when I realized why 2 separate customers ordered to go. The music playing was loud to begin with but the type of music was apprehensible. The hip hop gangster rap just didn't match the clientele I would think of as health conscience but the lyrics were offensive as well. I ordered the Banh Mi bowl with roasted chicken, but unfortunately the chicken was missing from the order. The salad itself actually had really good flavor even without the chicken and dressing, which surprised me, but I was still disappointed that the order wasn't prepared correctly. I also ordered the tortilla soup, which unfortunately wasn't my favorite. It was a bit too salty for my taste. That said, the ingredients in the bowl seemed fresh and the flavors were promising, so I'd be willing to give it another try. Next time I'll probably walk in and order in person when I'm in the mood for a salad.
