The staff and pharmacists go the extra mile to help you, and provide comprehensive information about anything and everything you have a question on. They take their time with you, and are just friendly enough to make you feel as though they know and care about you. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes from walking in with a paper prescription, to leaving with it filled. Sure, big retailer pharmacies may appear to be cheaper, but in my experience i've never paid much more at Stone Drug than I have at a big national pharmacy. Support this small town, small business if you have the the chance, and grab some old school candy while you're at it! :)

It's been weeks since I've been notified in person about the change; yet, they will not take down this sign, despite the fact that they do not offer it. It's false advertising and a huge inconvenience, especially when the lines are incredibly long to wait for your prescriptions. Sadly, it's an expectation to wait in long lines for either regular OR self checkout for everything else, but doing the mobile express was a main perk and reason why I kept my meds at Walmart. In spite of getting an override approved by insurance and my doctor so I could get enough medicine while traveling overseas, the pharmacist refused to fill them, he is incredibly rude and patronising. He told me that they have done a lot of favors for me through the years and i asked what and he said they've called my doctor as if that wasn't part of his job. I will never go back.
