We recently moved to NJ and assumed we would need yearly inspections; I had seen a Secure Pest Services van in my neighborhood so figured I would call to have them provide an estimate. When I spoke with Tony, he explained that unless I see a problem, it wouldn't be worth the cost to have him send somebody out to inspect. If I see something then he would be happy to have me as a client but he wanted to be honest and upfront with me. Needless to say, I was shocked and so thankful for his honesty. I am hoping to never need his services, but would love to be able to sway somebody in need to call and try his company. It is so rare to come across an honest person these days - very refreshing.

We were told by another group that we had bed bugs. Todd/Delsea was scheduled to treat my house for $2,000. Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest. It was so deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using Todd/Delsea for all my pest control needs moving forward and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Five stars!

They recommended that we go on the one year plan in case any other issues came up as the seasons changed. The people that they have sent to us are so nice and do a great job of explaining the issue, how they plan to treat it and what we can do to make sure it never happens again. Most of all, they are very conscious of pets and kids in the house and make sure to only use products that will not harm our dogs. Very appreciated!
