The tall male who said he was the manager, not naming names but can provide the information, pierced my daughter's ears less than a week ago. He was nice enough and he sounded like he knew what he was doing but failed to know that she required a longer post earring. The manager said all their earring posts are the same length. Competitors offer multiple options since earlobes come in various sizes. He embedded the earring into her lobe so deeply with the gun that the earring head became sunken in the hole for nearly a week and caused the hole to become enlarged and get infected. For the other earlobe, the gun malfunctioned during the piercing causing excessive tugging and pulling to remove the backing that was stuck in the gun while in my daughter's ear! I have this on video as proof which I will post on social media. The cleaning solution they provided is a low end product that does not properly heal the piercing. This as well as the education about the post length and the faulty embedded earrings was the advice of an experienced piercer from another company who I went to see right before returning to Lovisa. The Lovisa manager said this happens 1/50 clients. I would think they would do the right thing and provide better follow up customer service since they do not lose too much profit from this but basically what they were telling me is that you are getting your ears pierced at your own risk! The manager immediately said that since I signed the contract, I agreed to potential infection. I'm sure it didn't say infection due to incompetency on their part. Because of this experience with the customer service, the $61 of my daughter's hard earned money that should have been refunded is now costing them a lot more in future business. The district manger, not naming names but can provide the information, was on the phone with the store manager while we were there but he failed to speak with me. So I emailed him at the address provided. The manager said they received tons of email complaints so he's sure mine would get overlooked. Red flag? This location also doesn't have a phone#. Another red flag. Two days later the district manager called me and basically admitted no guilt and continually cited their policy not listening to the situational explanation. He changed what the truth by saying the manager told him he is aware they have different sized posts but they may have been out of inventory. This is after I asked the manager to provide my feedback to his corporate partners about getting earrings with longer posts and he said he offered many suggestions in the past but they never listen to him. I was told many times of what they can't do for us rather than what they could do for us even though they are at fault for mutilating my daughter's earlobes!

I am a little bit confused though why they have a pickup/return counter by the store entrance that is not staffed. I was walked over here for one return and for one of my pickups. When l returned a belt an employee left and came back with a different belt to show me. It was more than I wanted to spend but he showed the item number so I could look it up online for a sale price. As for the online site 2 items didn't look like I thought when I picked them up at the store. I loved the black sweater I got here! On a Saturday afternoon, My Mr. and I decided to do a walk in and make our own candles. Thankfully they weren't busy. Highly recommend you book online if you have large parties. We were given a clipboard and pick out our favorite scents. From there, an employee will guide you through the process. You smell the oils and whatever pairs well, you mix them in a jigger. First before you do that, you have to pick out a glass. I highly advise you do the buy 3 get one free. Mix and match any size. It's more bang for your buck. After you mix your scents (you can pick up to three), you pour into the wax glass and stir until the oils are not in the bottom. We picked: Mine: Mahogany Roasted chestnut Vanilla bean Baked bread Bourbon Campfire My Mr: Orange zest Agave Bourbon Toasted marshmallow Dark chocolate Hazelnut Give them two hours for the wax to dry and you can pick them up. If it's close to closing time, you can pick it up the next day. We had so much fun making our own candles. The ladies were so helpful and down to earth. Definitely returning!

My lady and I walked in and asked to make some candles. Luckily they were not busy so we were able to get started right away. To start, they give you a paper and clipboard, and they let you come up with concoctions using the plethora of scents they have in the store to make two candles. You can also choose whatever glass you want the candles in to personalize them. Here's what we chose: My lady- Mahogany Roasted chestnut Vanilla bean Baked bread Bourbon Campfire Me- Orange zest Agave Bourbon Toasted marshmallow Dark chocolate Hazelnut You can mix the scents however you want before pouring it into hot wax to make the candles. They take about two hours to set. Ours turned out great, especially my toasted marshmallow/dark chocolate/hazelnut blend. This is super fun and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes candles.

I took it to the Apple Store in Kenwood Towne Center and they stated the entire inside needed fixed at the tune of $560. I called CPR and the two guys working were so nice and helpful and insisted I bring it in. Within 30 minutes of them looking at my phone they had it on and stated I needed a new battery. $150 later I had my phone working and back in my possession (only took an hour or so). This was so special because I was devastated I lost all of my pictures of my dog who recently passed but CPR saved the day!!
