We ended up continuing to rent instead of buying a new home, sadly (for now, at least) due to circumstances beyond our control, but we are very grateful for all of Liza's help and the time she put into helping us make our dream come true. It is an apartment complex that does not have amenities such as a gym, pool, grills, etc. It is aimed at the working professional. The managers treat everyone like family which makes this place unique. They are courteous, professional, yet fun and VERY prompt with requests and suggestions. Note: because of the buildings being very new and privately owned, they are more expensive. However, you do get 9 foot ceilings, lots of room, in-house washers/dryers, central air, and the buildings are all energy efficient (our monthly electric bill hasn't passed $80 and we blast the AC almost all day everyday).

The alternative apartments were either: a) reasonable rent, generic with white walls, white carpeting, walled off Kitchenettes with old appliances b) high rent, well equipped with modern designs, fitness rooms (extra fees), tennis courts and outdoor pools Madison Place features apartments with a modern, open design. The kitchen faces out to the living area and has granite counter tops, new appliances and track lighting. Washer and dryer are tucked away nicely behind a sliding door. A bonus feature is the large storage closet directly across the hall from the apartment. It totally beats having to go to a storage cage in some creepy basement like most places. It's the kind of place where a successful professional would want to live. Madison purposefully lacks the outdoor amenities like a pool and tennis courts in favor of charging less for rent. I am always able to park close to my building with plenty of spots for company. In addition to the great design and reasonable rent, the office team, Jen and Mark, are incredibly good-natured, responsive and customer service oriented. I always leave the office with my questions answered and a smile on my face. Anytime I receive packages during the work day, I find them right outside the door of my second floor apartment. I could easily pick them up at the office, but having the staff bring them right to my place is a welcome luxury. Lastly, the couple times where I needed minor repairs, the maintenance guy, Eddie, completed the work the same day. Parking lots are well cleared during the snow. Essentially, if you want an upscale apartment for a generic apartment rent, with customer service oriented office / maintenance staff, I highly recommend MP in Shrewsbury.

I highly recommend Ann Trotto to anyone interested in using an agent who is knowledgable,…read moreaccountable, very responsive, kind, professional, never "pushy" and wonderful to work with. After going through 3 different agents during our home search, my husband and I were frustrated and losing hope that there were any agents out there who would return our calls/emails in a timely manner, not push us to look at properties that we clearly said weren't fitting into what we were looking for, or have a knowledge base about areas that would fit our commuting needs. I finally went to Zillow and found Ann after reading some high reviews. Ann was great from day one. We discussed the type of properties my husband and I were interested in, our price range and our community/commuting needs. Moving up from NJ less than a year before, my husband and I relied on Ann to guide us to towns that would work for us since we didn't know the area. After really listening and taking the time to consider what we were looking for, Ann showed us many different options, was patient with us during our home search process, never pressured us at all, and either knew or quickly found out the answer to all of our questions. (We really appreciated that if Ann was unsure of the answer to our question, instead of make an assumption, she would do the footwork to find out the accurate answer for us.) We also appreciated how during our home tours, Ann would point out things we may not have noticed, both good and bad about the home, and taught us a few things to be aware of. During the purchase process, Ann was at our side every step of the way, answered questions, offered suggestions as we needed them, was very informative as to the values of competitive properties in the area and, in turn, the true assessed value of our future home, and guided us through the entire process. It made the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable as we bought our new home. My husband and I are grateful to Ann for all her hard work, being a true teammate to us, educating us, and helping to find us our dream home! We highly recommend Ann Trotto and wish we had found her sooner!

Our first impression of Eve did not match her poor performance which followed. We were LIED to about the property she was selling. Why some real estate agents LIE is beyond me?? Wouldn't it be best for them just to be truthful and honest?? Today we are fighting her in court regarding our last property (maybe that's another reason why she was fired after 2 weeks of being employed with this company!). Since our unfortunate dealings with Eve Patterson (while she was briefly with Park Realty), we found an awesome agent (out of Boston) who took much better care of us and understood what we just went through with her. He too, has heard many complaints with regards to her shady real estate dealings. Her track record is terrible and speaks for itself! Come to find out, we recently found out that she lasted with Park Realty for only a couple weeks! So she is not Working for this company anymore allegedly. What does that tell you? Ask her previous employers if you want to inquire about her (lack of) performance history! I don't expect you to take our word for it. Please check for yourselves. I hear she gets fired from every agency that hires her, within weeks! So even her agencies have had it with her shenanigans. That word sums it up. So I will provide some updates as this case progresses. Will write them here. Thank you. God bless.

Jim is an experienced realtor in this arena and worked with me over many months to get this condo to sell. When it looked like the bank wasn't going to accept the buyer's offer, I made the decision to pull the condo out of the short sale and make up the difference. Jim was there, every step of the way - his patience and expertise were a real plus (I'm not always the easiest person to deal with). His response time to questions is phenomenal - often answered texts within a few minutes, and would always let me know his availability - never left me hanging. Buying/selling a house can be very stressful, but Jim is so on top of the market, he made it a positive experience for me. End result - the condo sold. Thanks Jim!
