His response was so rude, I was taken aback; "I can tell by this that you didn't read through the listing whatsoever." He's right I didn't read it because I COULDN'T, because I'm living in my camper, at a campground for the season, as I do every camping season. The problem was our WiFi is not to good and the page with the listing details would not load. His rudeness was totally uncalled for and frankly offensive. So I'll never seek out any rental or home purchase thru Morin reality.

On the buying side, they completely understood what I was looking for, and they flawlessly executed the search. More importantly, however, they went out of their way to keep me from doing something I'd later regret. There were many points along the way where a less motivated, experienced, or ethical agent could have taken an easy way out. They never did that. They kept my interests in mind even when it made more work for them. On the selling side, they used their vast network and experience to quickly sell my house. Again, they took the time to understand what mattered most to me and they, once again, protected me even when they could have taken an easier path. Give them a call. Listen to their advice. They're the real professionals.

Although this was not our first home, it certainly felt like a first-time buying experience as many of the rules that applied in 2014 no longer applied to the housing market of 2024. Given all that, Kerry was the perfect individual to help us navigate this brave new world. Let me tell you why. First off, and possibly most importantly, Kerry has a great vibe. In January of 2024, my family and I began what turned out to be an extended search for our next home. In total, it took about four and a half months for us to find "the one." During that period we naturally spent a good deal of time with Kerry. In short, she is a delight to be around: easy-going, funny, and knowledgable. Kerry is also exceedingly responsive. During our long-haul search, I do not think we ever waited more than 20 minutes for Kerry to return a text message or call. This was crucial because we were searching from afar. At that time, my family and I resided in Saint Albans and would drive down to SE Vermont on the weekends to look at homes. Kerry always scheduled viewings that were very convenient for us and would offer to conduct virtual walkthroughs when possible. I know she was working with many clients at that time, but we always felt like we were the top priority. Kerry is knowledgeable. From helping us to understand the dynamics of the local markets that we were looking in, to suggesting ways for us to remain competitive in the face of all-cash offers, Kerry has a wealth of knowledge at her disposal. In short, Kerry is an awesome individual who demonstrated tremendous effort and ability in helping us find our little piece of paradise. My wife and I count ourselves fortunate to have crossed paths with this high-performing professional.

Katey continued to send us locations of interest that suited our desires of what we were looking for, and when the day came that we found our house that we bought, within an hour she had us in the doors to look at it and an offer being made that day to the seller. Katey most definitely has her buyers interest as her priority, she takes great care of your needs, and takes the time to help in any way she can. I 100% recommend everyone to call Katey Tata when you are ready to buy/sell a home!
