Professionally they're okay, but maybe I'm exaggerating; still, their high school-level understanding of pricing is laughable. Not for me, not for the Lukens, or anyone else--just beware. They seem to take more than they give, and it's a pretty awful way to operate. Their cash system feels designed to keep offers low and drag things out far longer than necessary.
