I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with. I would highly recommend Mark and his team if you are looking to buy a house in New Hampshire!

There were even a few surprise gifts waiting for us at our new home! Mark is detailed oriented and responsive. As an early mover of the Free State Project, which is concentrating pro-liberty individuals in New Hampshire, Mark lives his ideals: He is "all in" with "fullest practical effort," and while real estate is his job, liberty is his passion and mission. He hires fellow Porcupines, refers them for jobs, and on top of everything, he supports Porcupine ventures and the FSP through donations and his time. Mark has probably been to more move-in parties than any other person in the community! Ready to buy a house? Team Porcupine is the way to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My boyfriend and I both work in retail so we expected it to be tough meeting up with a realtor. This was not the case with Lydia. As our realtor, she was the perfect match for us especially when we would be up late on realtor.com looking at homes for a next day showing. As soon as we contacted Lydia, through email or text, and in many cases at the last minute about seeing a home, she was always able to meet up whenever it was best for us. Lydia is also patient and cares about the buyers' needs which is why we never hesitated communicating our private discussions to her. Whether it was looking at a condo or a house (my boyfriend and I were very indecisive), Lydia made something as big as signing a 30 year mortgage- easy and fun! Just when we had exhausted our search for the right place and decided to take a break from looking, Lydia found us the house we're in now. Because of Lydia Foley at Century 21, and all the qualities and characteristics about her and her attention to detail and dedication to her clients, my boyfriend and I are in our dream home and could not be happier! Thank you Lydia! Courtney and Joe
