Despite my hard ball approach in our first interaction, she demonstrated that not all realtors are built the same way. In summary she's a professional through and through and very passionate about this business. Specifically assisted by Suzanne and her team on a purchase, she was incredibly relaxed yet informative about potential decisions (allowed me to steer which direction we went) and yet informed me about potential do's and don'ts. Extremely thorough and detailed oriented, she left very little room for potential error which is something I appreciated. She aggressively assured that I receive the best possible rate with Tittle and closing costs, and kept me informed and even my mortgage officer on their toes. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Suzanne and the Damon team without hesitation! -Fred

I do not recommend this agency at all. They lie and are don't follow ethical practices…read more They had a recent listing in Hudson, NH that went up on the MLS.for $334,999. Within minutes they relisted it at $344,999- $10k increase in less than 5 minutes. Regardless I reached out to my realtor and asked to set up a showing. My realtor was told by Maiiana Silva, the listing agent, that there would be no showings or offers accepted until the open house. I had gone and seen the outside of the house a few times and was excited about the open house was scheduled for today. This morning I was notified that the open house was cancelled and the house was under contract. This was very discouraging to hear. I called the listing agent Mariana and she said an offer came in early and they accepted it. I questioned her on the information she told my realtor, reminding her that she said no offers would be accepted. Mariana merely said she and her partner got a strong offer and accepted it. This is very poor business practice and sounds unethical. I would never recommend a "sneaky" business like this one; including all the realtors and staff that work there.

My boyfriend and I both work in retail so we expected it to be tough meeting up with a realtor. This was not the case with Lydia. As our realtor, she was the perfect match for us especially when we would be up late on realtor.com looking at homes for a next day showing. As soon as we contacted Lydia, through email or text, and in many cases at the last minute about seeing a home, she was always able to meet up whenever it was best for us. Lydia is also patient and cares about the buyers' needs which is why we never hesitated communicating our private discussions to her. Whether it was looking at a condo or a house (my boyfriend and I were very indecisive), Lydia made something as big as signing a 30 year mortgage- easy and fun! Just when we had exhausted our search for the right place and decided to take a break from looking, Lydia found us the house we're in now. Because of Lydia Foley at Century 21, and all the qualities and characteristics about her and her attention to detail and dedication to her clients, my boyfriend and I are in our dream home and could not be happier! Thank you Lydia! Courtney and Joe

I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with.
