The landlord is a nightmare! He lives out of state and does not care about this property at all…read more Any repairs or even the most basic maintenance (lawn mowing and snow removal are a couple examples) has to be requested, literally dozens of times, to have it get done. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. Some of the neighbors are polite and quiet and others are loud, messy, and disrespectful of common shared areas. Parking can be a total nightmare, especially when the rude neighbors decide to take over. We were promised one indoor spot and one outdoor and have often come home to not have any outdoor parking available. But don't bother asking for lines and assigned spots, or some other solution because as I mentioned, the landlord is not helpful and more often than not (if you get a hold of him) rude. I would never, ever recommend anyone to live here. Run away, as fast as you can, is the best advice if you are thinking about renting here. And run even faster if you are considering buying one!!!

In January of 2024, my family and I began what turned out to be an extended search for our next home. In total, it took about four and a half months for us to find "the one." During that period we naturally spent a good deal of time with Kerry. In short, she is a delight to be around: easy-going, funny, and knowledgable. Kerry is also exceedingly responsive. During our long-haul search, I do not think we ever waited more than 20 minutes for Kerry to return a text message or call. This was crucial because we were searching from afar. At that time, my family and I resided in Saint Albans and would drive down to SE Vermont on the weekends to look at homes. Kerry always scheduled viewings that were very convenient for us and would offer to conduct virtual walkthroughs when possible.
