He lives out of state and does not care about this property at all…read more Any repairs or even the most basic maintenance (lawn mowing and snow removal are a couple examples) has to be requested, literally dozens of times, to have it get done. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. Some of the neighbors are polite and quiet and others are loud, messy, and disrespectful of common shared areas. Parking can be a total nightmare, especially when the rude neighbors decide to take over. We were promised one indoor spot and one outdoor and have often come home to not have any outdoor parking available. But don't bother asking for lines and assigned spots, or some other solution because as I mentioned, the landlord is not helpful and more often than not (if you get a hold of him) rude. I would never, ever recommend anyone to live here. Run away, as fast as you can, is the best advice if you are thinking about renting here. And run even faster if you are considering buying one!!!

I highly recommend you use her if you are planning on buying or selling your home. Ella did an outstanding job developing the sales price for our house. Ella knows the real estate market and worked with other experts in developing a fair and reasonable price for our home. Ella was very proactive in selling our home. Ella showed our house almost every weekend and worked with realtors in other states whose clients were moving to our area. In addition, she accompanied the buyer's agent when they made an appointment to inspect our house. Ella has a very pleasant and professional personality. She has the rare quality of effectively representing her client and at the same time understanding the buyer's needs and expectations. She was very fair and effective in negotiating the sale of our home and made very good suggestions on how to resolve issues during the negotiating process.
