I was going in there and of course with my kids I had a six-year-old who had a basketball (plastic…read moreone) . He didn't touch any glass. He didn't break anything and I guess the lady who claims she's the owner of the store othe manager, she told my son not to touch a ball that I was going to purchase as well as purchase a bunk bed. If I were you I would stay away. Don't give them your money. It's like a thrift store and they claim its new, but I'm sure it's not. Please stay away from that place. I don't give my hard earned money to nobody who treats me or who treats my children bad so I hope you all rethink that.

The box may be open or a little torn or dirty but they make sure everything inside is in good working condition and there are outlets available if you want to double check yourself. Deep discounts for your trip here. Things I spotted included name brand coffee makers, computer desks, fans, vacuums, toys, grills, pop up canopy, shelving units, art, party supplies. From now on before I buy anything elsewhere I'll be checking here first. They are expecting frequent deliveries so stock will change quickly and they plan to expand into the space next door soon. Hand made candles and fresh baked goods were also on offer with a coffee shop in their future.

Oh my, where to begin? I have been going to this nice consignment store for years and loved the…read moreselection of nice used furniture pieces and decor items. I have consigned dozens of items (and probably bought as many pieces) and always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I have introduced several friends to the store who have consigned furniture. Recently, we have noticed that a young woman who accepts items falls short in the customer service area. She has an air of self importance, and as my friend said recently, acts as if she is too busy saving the world to stop and help us mere mortals. Like any business, Couches to Curios would not exist without customers but this person doesn't seem to understand that. The rest of the staff, from owner Becky, manager Patrick (her son), and the sales people are all great.

Fast forward to today: I receive a text message saying my clothes have been processed and I have an offer ready. Excited, I arrive at the store, only to be told that they are looking for fall clothes. They told me to bring my clothes next year. No offer was given. I'm sorry, but it is not good business to tell someone that he/she has an offer ready, only to not receive any money at all. Additionally, there were clothes I brought that, with the right accessories, such as a shrug, could easily be fall clothes because of the colors. At first, I told them to donate my clothes, but after giving it some thought, returned and took them back. I wish the girl yesterday would have told me they are only accepting fall clothes. I would have gone through the box and pulled out the fall pieces right then and there. Instead, I feel like they didn't go through the box in its entirety and my time as a customer was not valuable to them.
