So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. We are first-time homebuyers who utilized a VA loan, which required a termite inspection and…read moreclearance. Rockwell was hired for this inspection and came highly recommended. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their ethics and business practices. During the initial inspection, the technician failed to enter the home and conducted only an exterior review. Despite this limited assessment, they reported dry rot and evidence of termite damage that needed repair for the VA loan approval. We were subsequently quoted approximately $5,000 for the necessary work, which the sellers agreed to and was scheduled. Rockwell later issued clearance indicating that all required repairs had been completed. However, during our final walkthrough, we discovered that the work was not fully complete. After intervention from our realtor, the company was slow to respond, failed to prioritize the issue, and even missed a scheduled appointment to complete the outstanding work. We were then informed they could not return for several more days, even though the loan had already closed based on their certification--something we relied on in good faith when proceeding with signing the closing documents and getting the keys (our mistake). Only after significant pressure did Rockwell return the following day. When they did, the quality of work was subpar. Porch pillars were installed without any bolts, paint was left splattered carelessly, siding was replaced with an incorrect material and dry rot was painted over. We also have no confidence that proper termite treatment was performed. Further concerns arose from the initial inspection itself, which failed to identify obvious issues, including a severely termite-infested bush on the property and a shed, and termite frass in an electrical panel, along with swarmers stuck in webs along the exterior of the house. Given these oversights and the substandard repairs, we hired another company to conduct a new inspection at our own expense after closing because we did not trust that the work was properly completed. This company felt the house should have been tented prior to closure. Most troubling is that Rockwell issued official clearance required for our VA loan to close despite the fact that the work had not been completed at the time. This is a serious matter and calls into question the integrity of their reporting and compliance with required standards of a VA loan. Due to this experience, we cannot recommend this company. We strongly advise others to exercise caution and seek more reliable, thorough, and ethical service providers.
