Ruben has been my exterminator for over 6 years now, and he's been absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, he's been reliable, professional, and thorough . I've never had any issues with his work. When I first bought my house, I was dealing with a rodent problem. Ruben came in, carefully assessed the situation, and put together a solid plan. Over time, we managed it together and eventually solved it. I haven't had rodent issues thanks to his consistent and effective service. He's always on time, explains everything clearly, and does quality work. I truly appreciate having someone I can count on for peace of mind. If you're looking for a trustworthy pest control, I highly recommend him! read more

We've been using this company for years and I am highly satisfied! They are kind, consistent and very affective. I highly recommend them!

To start with. He only gives you less than a day's notice that he's coming out. If that day doesn't work for you, he gets his panties in a wad. He's so arrogant and so expensive at that same time. Life is too short people to put up with a person with his demeanor. There is much better service locally. I personally have to secure my dogs so they don't get out of the gate when he comes through the gate. So I asked for an approximate time he would show up and he says that he thinks he's not a good fit for me. So I fired him read more

We've had a great experience with Ruben for pest control. He is always punctual, friendly, and extremely thorough when servicing our home. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and making sure everything is handled properly. Since Ruben started servicing our home, we've seen a big difference. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for dependable and professional pest control service! read more

Ruben has been servicing my home for over 5 years now. A long overdue review. There are many reasons I continue my service with Ruben. Reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous, friendly, helpful , and so much more. The product he uses is safe. He answered my questions. We started with a mouse problem and after the first time he sprayed, there were pests dying I didn't even know existed in the home!what a relief I felt when the first time I saw them, they were already not a problem. I'd recommend their services 100%. read more

Since the first time my house was sprayed for spiders I have yet to see one in the house! Amazing!

Best pest control you can find. Highly recommend! Friendly and reliable. They use pet safe products and always go above and beyond.

We had been having a fly and roach problem that was absolutely ridiculous. 7 years at this house and I never had a fly problem, until this spring, the roaches started about 18 months ago. The roaches also attracted a ton of black widows. I tried everything I could to handle it myself and it barely did anything. These guys were recommended to me from a friend and I'm so glad I made the phone call. Ruben came out on a Saturday morning and gave us an inspection. He was professional and happy to answer all my questions thoroughly. He did the treatment and by that evening evening the flies were gone. I went outside in the morning and there was a shocking amount of dead roaches around the entire house. 5 stars, 10/10 what ever metric you want to use, hire this family owned business. read more

As a first time homeowner in the High Desert, I was truly freaked out by the multitude of insects flying and crawling ALL over our home. I honestly thought we had made a huge mistake - until I met Ruben with Eschego. He was a LIFESAVER and in one visit restored my confidence and comfort level in this home. There's nothing worse than the creepy feeling of bugs everywhere in a place that is supposed to be your sanctuary! We learned SO much from Ruben. His treatment did exactly what he said it would!!! Everything was gone! I am so grateful to Eschego. He even did a follow up courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied. Ruben is the best in the business. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else!! We are BUG Free!!!! read more

Poor customer service. When I wanted to cancel service for dishonest practices Ruben kept calling to try and "clear things up" and that call turned out to be to basically argue with me and indirectly call me a liar. He stated that because the free follow up he promised wasn't in writing then he couldn't have possibly promised that so ultimately, calling my husband and I liars. Ruben then stated that he would be happy to, then said "Well I actually wouldn't be happy about it at all," but that he would credit one service charge to retain my business. Talk about customer service. I like supporting small businesses over big companies so I would never try to take advantage of a small business, I have no reason to lie. read more

Hands down best pest control service! I admit I've used a different company for 3.5 years and it was time for a much needed change! Ruben's knowledge and plan to treat my home was something I never experienced. He surpassed my expectations and I cannot say enough great things about the service! I will be recommending with 100% confidence my friends, neighbors and clients will be just as satisfied!! read more

We had an outstanding experience with Ruben and Echego Pest Control today. The bugs up here have been getting really bad, but Ruben was incredibly professional and super helpful. He serviced both my home and my mothers home next door on the same day, inside and out, and was very thorough and updated us after for all the things we need to be watching for. Super thankful for his help and I highly recommend their service. Thanks, Ruben! read more

Our experience so far has been great. We have only had the initial spray becuase we started to see ants, spiders and other bugs on our back patio and in some parts of our house. Ruben came out did an initial assesment and we decided to move forward with the service and we are glad we did. It has been about 2 weeks now and we have not seen any bugs whatsoever. We are new to the high desert and Ruben explained what kind of spiders and bugs are normal to this area and things we can do to keep then from coming into our home. He took his time to explain what type of chemicals he uses and we are happy that he has organic spray if this is something you are looking for. We have a dog and she has had reactions to previous sprays but had no issues with what Ruben used. He did an excellent job spraying our front and back yard and he gave us the option to spray the interior of the house since he found we had ants already in our garage that we knew nothing about. We did not feel any pressure to purchase a package as he explained the prices. He even followed up with a text to see how things were going. I would highly recomend this company. He was profesional and fast at responding to calls and texts. read more

I've used this pest control for years and it's always spot on. When I was consistent I was able to go two years without needing them. Even with having a neighbor with a bug problem. And the price is always reasonable read more

Great service, Reuben has a key to my back yard. I never have to keep track he keeps us on a regular schedule. We signed up with him because if the good reviews and we are happy we did he makes it very easy. there was a mix up with payment and i thought it was going to be hard to fix and calling directly i was able to take care of it fast. 10 out 10 read more

Our place was overrun with mice ever since the city forced the neighbor to get rid of her cats about 10 months ago. We have a large open field next door and behind us and we just couldn't keep up with trapping the mice on our own. After the Eschego's were at the house, they gave us a fair price and began work to seal all the spots where the mice could get in. They began catching the mice before they even finished installing all the traps! These guys really know their business. They were fast, on time, and have completely gotten rid of our problem. We are mouse free and have our house back. Thanks Reuben Jr. And Sr. for coming to our rescue. read more

I had beetle infestation that could have been straight out of a horror movie! I went to take out the trash one night and my house was covered in beetles! We tried to take care of it ourseves but it was beyond anything that raid or home defense could handle. It got so bad my husband called up Echego and they came out right away right away to assess our situation, and assured us they would take care of it. Within hours of them spraying we were finding massive piles of dead beetles. It was so super gross. The Echago guys were friendly and helpful! Ruben Sr. even called me a week later to check in on us. The problem was THAT BAD. Bugs were starting to find their way INSIDE OUR HOUSE. I woke up one night to one biting me in the face. Apparently our entire neighborhood had an infestation. They came out for a booster spray (we got on their quarterly plan) about a week ago and I haven't seen another one of those beetles since! Our house and yard are now bug free! Thanks guys for taking care of our nightmare and now we can actually sleep in peace at night! I highly recommend their services! read more

Echego Pest Control - It was worse than this, but the squirrels, rabbits and birds helped clean them up. - Pest Control Near Me

I hate leaving bad reviews. I waited a couple months to give the benefit of the doubt. Had the Initial service and then a follow up to get 'the stragglers' but I've seen more spiders and bugs than ever before. After spending so much money on the 2 treatments, I'm honestly just super sad and disappointed and living my life in fear over here :( read more

My dad has had an ant problem for years. Our last pest control company kept telling us "this house has always had ants". Finding this unacceptable we decided to look for a company that would deal with the problem not tell us that's just the way it is. Looking for a new company we decided to read reviews and go with the company that had the best reviews and track record. Thankfully, we found Ruben at Echego Pest Control. One of the best decisions my sister and I made for our 91-year-old dad and the ant problem at his house. A great reliable, professional company that gets the job done! We had Echego Pest Control come out because we started getting water bugs, spiders, and other bugs coming in and around our house. Echego was the fastest company to respond and only company to respond to us even after they were closed. We are first time homeowners and new to the High Desert and all it's creepy crawlies. Reuben came to our house and was able to fit us in that week for treatment. Reuben really knew his stuff and was able to answer all of our questions about the insects and his process of eliminating the pests. I reached out to Echego to deal with a bad infestation that had followed us from our old apartment to our new home when we moved. Right off the bat I appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful they were. They wanted to do an inspection before giving me a quote which I think shows they really know what they're doing and want to do what's best for their customer. Their quote was a little on the high side, but after talking to them I felt comfortable that it was a good investment to finally get rid of a huge headache. After all, why not find someone who will do things right the first time and save a lot of frustration down the road? They were super accommodating to my schedule too, which I appreciate so much! They literally just finished treating my house, so I can't speak to the results yet but I'm not at all worried because they were extremely thorough. Their customer service is above and beyond as well. This company is obviously run with great care by some awesome people. Overall a very good experience! read more
