I signed a contract with them for one year of service at what they told me was a discounted rate, based on military discount. We receive service every other month and only get billed when we receive service. I will say their system is really wonky. They send out bills even though they take my payment out every time I receive service. I didn't want to get double charged so I went in-person to ask about it. When my daughter and I stopped by their office, it was difficult to find parking but we found a spot. Their office door was solid, no window and locked. It was so weird. I thought the business was closed. I knocked on the door and was half greeted with suspicion until I revealed I'm a customer and have a billing question. The guy let us in and explained they lock the door because sometimes people want to use the bathroom. They could just put up a sign saying no public bathroom but okay. I'm not sure what kind of 'people' they're trying to keep out. It was an instant turn off. After speaking with a young woman she explained they always mail out bills but they could stop doing that if I wanted. The service technician, Ruben, is a nice guy. He texts me every time the day before he's scheduled to come out and I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. The only thing is, I wish there was more of a consistent schedule but I'm grateful for knowing in advance when he comes out. He always does a good job and I have noticed less bugs and insects since we've started using Dewey. We have an indoor cat but sometimes we let him in the front and backyard.
