I have lived in the high desert for over 20+ years. I've used different pest control companies in…read morethe past. Several years ago, Dixon Pest Control in Victorville was found! So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. I highly recommend Dixon Pest Control for your pest control needs. Hands down the best professional staff, quality solution, and amazing service in the high desert and beyond! Thank you Dixon!! Continue to be great at your craft!!!

When a family of wasps decided to make a nest on our front porch, I started looking into pest…read morecontrol companies. We usually do our own maintenance but wasps are something I have no interest in dealing with alone. I have 2 small kids and was worried about them being attacked while walking from our front door to the car. I looked through the local Facebook pages at recommendations and contacted the top two names I kept seeing recommended over and over. Neither of those companies saw my issue as a priority and were in no hurry to come out. They wanted me to wait about 2 weeks. I went on Yelp and saw this company, Family First Pest Solutions. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. If you have any kind of pest issues, definitely give them a call. I promise you they will treat you better than the big guys will. We will recommend them any chance we get.

I called and inquired about starting service. Spoke to Nick I believe. He gave me the breakdown,…read morewhat to expect and the costs associated. They were a little on the high side but I didn't think they were too unreasonable. I told Nick I would call back in a couple of weeks to start the first treatment and get on their calendar. Since, the first treatment consists of me being home to treat the inside and the garage. This takes a little cordination/scheduling on my part. 2 weeks later I call, but no answer. It gets picked up by an answering service. I leave my info to the young lady and hang up. 3 days later, I don't hear anything so I call back. Same thing, left a message with the young lady. this went on for a total of 4 times, over 3 weeks. I finally called the young woman and asked her to leave a verbatim message for me. "If you don't want new business, just say so. You won't return calls." A week later, still nothing. So, I started looking for other pest control companies. Then a week ago I get a text from Nick stating, "Hey, we will be there tomorrow to start service. Make sure you're home." I typed back I am in contact with other companies due to the lack of communication. If I CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM AS A NEW CUSTOMER, AND THEY DON'T RETURN MESSAGES, WHAT HAPPENS IF I HIRE THEM AND I NEED TO CONTACT THEM THEN?
