So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. Unfortunately, after seeing all these nice reviews, our experience with Dixon Pest Control got the shorter end of the stick. After over 4-5 years of service, and after expressing recent concerns with the owner, troubleshooting just didn't deliver. The service dispatchers never came within the timeframe they said they'd come. They never called my Mom to provide an ETA. When they rescheduled, they still didn't arrive within the timeframe they said. I've asked the owner to provide a Spanish speaking dispatcher or at least someone with patience to make sure my English As A Second Language / Senior citizen mom felt involved and understood the needed pest control services. They just go in and get out, very poor interaction with the lady of the house. They don't make sure to try to troubleshoot with my mom for anything that could help make the services go smoother. My Dad had a great experience with their services before he passed away, but recently when we've needed more help, it's just been very poor service. I'm sure the owner means well, but it just does not trickle down to the actual services. 5 stars for the early years of services. 3 stars for the years and consistency. 1 star for recent experiences with my family and household. This is a Senior Citizen and Special Needs home. We just needed that extra TLC. read more

They were also willing to come back to finish so I could clear some clutter out of the way before treatment. I didn't agree to monthly service and didn't mark it on the contract, yet they keep trying to send a tech every month and have sent me invoices that I don't owe. Anthony was super cool, did a thorough inspection of my house for entry points and broke down all my options. I ended up using them for service and once again Anthony showed up and was done within an hour and a half (if that!) Sealed up points in my exterior, a couple points inside and laid traps and bait boxes. Made sure he asked questions to ensure my pets wouldn't be able to access areas he laid traps. I made the BEST decision in scheduling Dixon to do my termite inspection a few weeks ago and then have them correct the two discoveries in the inspection report. The inspection started off on the wrong foot because my real estate agent forgot to put the lock box on the door by the time someone from Dixon showed up. Instead of leaving an irate voicemail like any other serviceman, I was kindly informed the inspector would swing by again later in the day in case I needed more time to activate the lock box. I called their office to apologize and explain what'd happened, but their office staff was very nice and told me the inspector would gladly go back that same day (which he did). The next morning, the report was promptly generated, and I decided to go forward with Dixon to correct the two Section 1 items found during the inspection: replace water heater door and fascia (paint not included). And that's when their dedication truly shined through! I manage my rental property from LA, so when I explained I would be driving to Apple Valley after work to paint the new fascia, Germaine (Dixon owner) said he wanted to save me the long trip so he'd paint the fascia for me--at no charge!! I was shocked by his generosity and declined his kind offer, but he insisted it was not a problem and said he would provide before and after paint pictures for reassurance. I am speechless, and that's the reason why I'm taking the time to praise Germaine and Dixon Pest Control. It's rare these days (in a time of quantity versus quality and all the hustle and bustle) to meet honest professionals who do good work, so I thank everyone at Dixon and it was my pleasure doing business with you! :) read more
