I have lived in the high desert for over 20+ years. I've used different pest control companies in…read morethe past. Several years ago, Dixon Pest Control in Victorville was found! So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. I highly recommend Dixon Pest Control for your pest control needs. Hands down the best professional staff, quality solution, and amazing service in the high desert and beyond! Thank you Dixon!! Continue to be great at your craft!!!

So my child ended up bringing bed bugs into our house from a friends house. I have never had bed…read morebugs before in my life! So i looked into treatments and it says the heat treatment is the best but the most expensive. It cost me 4600 to get this done. Terminix first off highers out to another company to do the treatment. When the person came out to do the treat ment they did it for 3 hours heating the house to 150 degrees 3 to 4 house later I came back home first thing I see is a bed bugs still alive. So 1500 an hour to see basically no results so I had to get them back out here. But let's go to why I'm really complaining first off the company doesn't respond to anything Mike smith the manager he shouldn't be in that position he talks to people in a way you shouldn't being im a business he's rude. No one can give you times and they don't care took me forever to get them to come back out to redo the treatment. Which didn't work again. I ended up steaming all the carpet and cleaning and washing everything myself so I just threw 4600 down the drain. They are a waist of time and money I wouldn't use these guys ever again. Maybe there are better terminix but this one in Victorville they suck
