We told him not to mix up the coins, as some were mine, my daughter's, and my boyfriend's. He dumped out the coins, looked at them, and put them in piles ( mixed them all up) Without talking to us. He had zero comments about the cool, special, sentimental coins. "No, that's not worth anything..." He said he melts the coins down into silver bricks. I should've spoken up. He took advantage of our lack of expertise. He gave us less than our lowest expectation for all of the coins. He didn't give us a receipt. He did email when we asked for it after we left. The coins were Not itemized!!! He will swindle you if you don't know coins and their prospective value. The downtown pawn shop would be a better place to go.

Went back, and the sales guy said he would have to ask the owner. The owner proceeded to flip out and eventually, begrudgingly agreed to resurface the game. He did not. He went out of his way to be as rough as possible and it appears he intentionally went out of his way to damage it. The game does not work now (prior to being "resurfaced" it would read the game but wouldn't load completely. Just needed a "tune up"). If this is seriously how the OWNER is going to act to his customers, then I feel bad for anyone who ever encounters him in the future, professionally or, god forbid, personally. The place was jam packed with goodies, though there were bins on the floor making looking a little difficult. Pricing seemed fair. Our only real gripe was that it took three attempts to actually get in the store because each time we came there was a sign about "out to lunch at seemingly random times. Being that we drove from another city, this was a little frustrating. We will definitely check this place out again when we are in the area.
