This is a bargain/liquidation store that sells a ton of stuff that includes:…read more -Flooring (from rugs that can cover your entire house to runners, circle rugs, carpet, peel and stick tiles, pick and choose carpet tiles, laminate, wood, you name it!) -Pet supplies (bed, food, toys, I got a bunch of kitty snacks for 99 cents a piece) -House repair items (paint, tools) -Bathroom stuff (towels, toiletries) -Books (book section's huge, takes up at least 1/5 of the store) -Furniture (futon, bed, chairs, lawn furniture, desk) -Clothes (jeggings, socks, underwear, jeans) -Boots, house slipers (I got some Dearfoams for $4.99) -Gardening stuff (pots, decoration, bird feeders) -Kitchen supplies (I got 4 tart pans for $5.99) -Toiletries (soap, shampoo) -Batteries -Snacks and foods (K-Cups, PopTarts, cereals, teas, saw some Christmas ornament teas even though it's August) They also have a rewards card. They also sell gift cards. The minus a star is because some of the stuff doesn't seem to be that much of a bargain or that much of a discount. The bright orange sticker kind of makes you think you're getting everything for cheaper but more than 50% of the stuff I found to be regular priced or comparable to other grocery stores (ex: the towels were about the same price as you'd get them at places like Target, TJ Maxx, Ross). Nevertheless, this place was really fun to shop in. There is a ton to look at.

THID HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great bargains which change every week.. They get new stock weekly…read more.. you should go weekly for the best bargains!

One year ago I purchased furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and I was looking for the cheapest…read morestuff knowing that I would only be living here for a year and the cost of moving furniture to my next city would greatly exceed the cost of all the furniture I bought. I was very happy with the table and chairs I had purchased. The couch was one of the cheapest they sold, not surprisingly, the cushioning became a little flattened over the year. Overall I am happy with the quality considering the price. Recently I was here at this Dewitt location looking to purchase a bed, table and chairs for the next apartment I will be moving to. I initially thought I wanted to purchase a Tempurpedic bed since one of my close friends has been so happy with hers for the past 5 years. The sale associate Michael C. was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different options and I ended up selecting an iComfort by Serta insead. The Serta mattress I selected was about $2000 for a queen which was within my budget for a mattress. The day I returned to the store to purchase the mattress Michael was not there but I was helped by Henre. I purchased the mattress, a table and chairs. Henre gave me a discount on the table and chairs. However, these were the same table and chairs I had previously bought for my current apartment in Syracuse so I knew that the price he gave me was the usual "sale" price that I paid one year ago at a nearby Raymour and Flanigans. The apartment I am moving into in Manhattan is a co-op that requires all companies making deliveries to submit insurance documents and schedule the delivery with the management company. I gave the Dewitt store sample documents so that they knew what I needed. When I called the store the day after I purchased the furniture to find out if the delivery had been scheduled it was explained to me that it is the corporate office that schedules these things. When I called the corporate office they said they usually only schedule deliveries the day prior. This made me nervous since I wanted a confirmed delivery time further in advance, but luckily I received a call a few ours later telling me the delivery time would be between 1-4pm. Then on the day of delivery I got a call at noon saying they were 30 minutes away. They showed up 45 minutes later and set up the furniture without a problem. So it all worked out well!!!

Buyer Beware!! Raymour & Flanigan have a very deceptive mattress warranty program. Five years ago…read morewe purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattress with a ten year warranty. We noticed that the mattress had some significant depressions and went back in to purchase a new mattress, which we did, a $5500 Beauty Rest Black mattress. At this time our sales rep stated it would come with a 120 day trial and could be exchanged after a minimum of 30 days if the comfort level seamed off to us. He also said it can with a ten year warranty against depressions. This mattress has been great so far, about three weeks in. My problem starts here. I inquired if our current mattress had the same warranty. He looked up our purchase and confirmed it did in fact have the same warranty. He said to run a straight edge across the mattress and if the depressions were greater than one inch we were covered and we would be issued a credit for the purchase price. Photos will be attached below. In the mean time, the mattress had to stay at our home until a service tech could come out to inspect the mattress. The mattress was stored for the two weeks while waiting for the tech, on its side since there was no available space to store it on a frame as our new mattress had already arrived. Flash forward two week or so, I place the mattress on top of our new mattress to make it easier for the tech to inspect. He comes and goes saying we will receive a call in the next few days. Two days later the call comes in and the young lady states the depressions measure 1 1/4" and therefore are not covered by the warranty. I let her know we have the photos of the depression before the mattress was stored waiting on there tech and even if they were to go by their measurements, 1 1/4" is greater than 1" therefore it should be covered regardless. She gets flustered and says she will have a manager call me back. Two days later and no contact. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and now this treatment. It will be our last purchase from them to say the least. Next step is to contact Sealy directly and then attorneys to fight it out. These are not mattresses that cost a couple hundred dollars but so called top of the line. Raymour & Flanigan should be ashamed of the service they provide, it is completely pathetic and unfortunately for their sake, I'm not the guy to just let it go.

Now here is the reality of it ! As a regular customer at the store, the employees are as nice as possible when customers treat them anyway they want, some customers go in there thinking they will get a brand new piece of furniture for nothing, that's not how the real world works ,yes its a second hand store but all the money stays right here in the community for homeless and hungry men ,women and children , not for people who come in to buy items to resale on eBay,so before you go in there and complain about the prices do your research on the Rescue Mission. I have personally seen the manager work with someone that was clearly in need, she is a wonder girl. PLEASE remember when you are out in any store/public place treat the person behind the counter or any work as you want to be treated.

If i'm being honest, I very rarely will buy clothing at full price from a retailer unless it's a special event. With the cost of literally everything else being expensive, I feel like clothing is one of the areas we can successfully get bargains on. The shelves are a bit chaotic but they do have lots of items. It's always fun to browse and see what you might find-- sometimes even brand new in box! We bought my daughter a kids scooter which retails for $45 and was $14 bucks here... you can't go wrong! I will forever love thrift stores.

Excessive force is required to get it to close. I asked for a repair or replacement. The repair man called saying it would be weeks for the part to come in and I said that I can't wait that long. It was replaced by an exact duplicate, even down to the color. The second one doesn't work either. It's an expensive piece of garbage that only my cat can use. I can't get the lever to work and if I push the end of the recliner with my foot so it will go back in, that doesn't work either. I called their store and was told that I won't get a refund of the white glove delivery fee. I kept saying over and over "but It doesn't work," to which the woman on the other and of the line kept repeating her mantra that it was delivered. Sorry, but that excuse doesn't work. This falls under not fit for ordinary use under warranty law. I shouldn't have to use excessive force to close it. I want a total refund. I paid $758.16 including tax and the white glove delivery fee. I also paid the delivery guys (first recliner) $40 in a tip. Altogether Dunk and Bright owes me $798.16. I want my money back NOW. My primary care provider told me to keep my legs elevated. I have lymphedema. I NEEDED this thing to work. I am disabled and am still recovering from major abdominal surgery. I am very angry. It shouldn't be this hard to get help. This product is defective.
