They provided a comprehensive overview of the issues affecting my system, which led me to decide on a new system installation. They commenced the installation at 7:30 AM this morning and completed the work efficiently, leaving me no opportunity to offer them lunch. I firmly believe this company merits a five-star rating. Prior to engaging their services, I reviewed their ratings on other platforms and found them consistently near 5.0 across all other applications, with the exception of Yelp. Therefore, I can confidently state that they are underrated on Yelp. This has unequivocally been the finest service experience I have had in a considerable time.

I've seen a couple of low ratings, but they were for services other than HVAC. Based on my experience and that it is Jerry's Heating and Cooling it makes me wonder of those people are putting their review on the wrong business. On Google Jerry's Heating and Cooling has 100% 5 star ratings with 138 reviews.

(Granted, this is plugging after the mobile charger has been sitting in the frunk on the hottest days of the year). But I've also heard horror stories of electrical fires starting. I texted Robles about upgrading my outlet to a more industrial/EV rated outlet as a precaution. Plus, we plug and unplug the NEMA a lot which isn't recommended so maybe an upgrade would be beneficial regardless. He responded right away despite it being late at night. And we scheduled for the next morning. My wife was happy to hear since she was worried about a possible short in our current outlet after I explained the possible reasons for that warning message. Robles showed up right when he said he would. And he did the outlet swap with no issues. He found no issues with our old outlet. Very professional and friendly. I would hire him and the company again.

I had seen his posts and recommendations on the Tesla Chicago Facebook page, and when I finally needed someone to install my Tesla charger, I reached out. He gave me an estimate online and completed the installation in under an hour. I was thrilled with the work! I recommended him to two of my neighbors, and he installed chargers for both of them as well. They were just as happy--especially grateful not to pay the outrageous prices some electricians charge. Also my best friend used him for his Tesla Charger as well. Most recently, I hired him again to relocate our charger at our new place. Once again, he showed up the next day and got the job done quickly with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Robles Electric for your EV charger installation needs!

Update 4/22/25 - Unfortunately, I have to update my previous good review. I contacted David to…read moreinform him that when I turn on my outdoor spigot that my carpet gets wet inside my home in the same area that is near the repaired hose bib. When he left my house on 4/4 he stated that he would return if there was any issue relating to the repairs that he personally worked on. Now, when I initially contacted him on 4/16 regarding this ongoing matter, he was very dismissive. I got the impression that he did not want to come back out to inspect the issue. He asked me to look at my water meter below my stairs to see if something was spinning. I have no clue as I'm not a Plumber. I sent a photo. I asked if he wouldn't mind coming back out to see what the issue was. He just responded "ok". I didn't hear back so I followed up with him on today 4/22 and his response is to call back out the contractors that I had cut a hole in my wall for him to fix the repair initially. My insurance was covering the costs of those contractors due to unrelated water damage. So now he wants me to pay for contractors to come back out, cut another hole in my wall, repair drywall and repaint so he can inspect the hose bib that he attempted to repair. As his response was if he came out there's nothing he would be able to see without the hole being cut. I am beyond frustrated. Of course I'm not doing that. So I essentially I paid David a little over $300 for nothing. I still can't use my spigot without water leaking into my home. I now have to say that I do not recommend his services based on my recent experience. I'm rating him 2 stars because he made himself available initially with the quick turnaround. Although, I still have the same issue that he came to repair. And I asked several times if the hose bib that he repaired was the issue (while contractors were still present and the hole was still open) and he assured me that is was and stated that he showed me the pipe with the hole in it. Welp, if it was not sure why I still can't use my spigot and have wet carpet when it's turned on as well as potential risk of water flooding my home again if it were to be turned on for a period of time. Initial review: David was "Johnny-on-the-spot" as they say. I'm very grateful. I contacted him on Yelp on Thursday 4/3 with an extremely tight window for Friday 4/4 to repair a Hose Bib while my contractors were present so they could cut a hole in the wall to allow him to do the repair. With less than a days notice he was able to oblige. He was punctual, fairly priced and made the repair quickly. I highly recommend David's services!
