The two ladies that run the place are as nice as can be. I work from home so it's great to be able to drop him off and pick him up in about an hour. Harley comes back to me fresh, clean and with a cute bandana depending on the season. They are always really busy so it is best to book several appointments in a row. Note that they only accept cash or check and they write all their appointment down long hand. It might be old school but there is nothing old school about the care and attention that they give to Harley. I highly recommend!

If you cannot get back to potential customers' inquiries, then get out of yelp. We have had our dog groomed by groomers all over the USA(including NYC, LA, Seattle, Houston, Miami & others) and Canada, but never had a "no response" from a request thru yelp of a groomer that was supposedly highly rated. If we make the time to inquire via their yelp listing, the least they can do is respond. Already found another much more "responsive" groomer, and this type of provider behavior in here is a major red flag for us. So if you are looking for a groomer in here, don't waste your time on this one like we did.

Super easy!  My dog got an interview right away and he fit right in. He's a little meek and frightens a lil easy but had he no problems because the dogs are well behaved at Doggie Castle. When I pick up our dog at the end of the day, he's tired because he obviously had a good time. She then basically started shooing me out the door while she continued to say "lady you have no idea" and who knows what else because at that point I tuned her out as it was evident the problem was all her. This is our second time using Pawcasso grooming for our Persian cat and I can't say enough good…read morethings. We have a long hair cat that doesn't like to be brushed so we shave him 2 times a year to avoid a tangled coat. The convenience of having the groomer come to you is so nice.
