I can't believe I didn't review these guys after having used them for a couple of years now on various projects at two properties. The quality of work and value for the money are exceptional. Ditto for their honesty, communications, and keeping their schedule. I won't use another electrician. read more

Pawson Electric sent a two electricians to our 2 year old home to correct a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Initial diagnosis after 10-20 minutes was incorrect and they spent another 1.5 hours tracking down the real problem arising from (probably) the builders wiring crew being a little too quick to install a receptacle outside that they missed during construction. Despite spending 4 times as long as they initially thought they needed to repair our problem, the cost was no more than quoted after the initial diagnosis! Awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm. read more

I only take the time to review on yelp if I receive extraordinary service or really terrible service. I'm happy to report that this review is for extraordinary service. Kevin and his team did an amazing job with our list of electrical needs in the home that we recently purchased. They were friendly, professional and efficient in the way they went about business. We had nine smoke alarms replaced, a problem with our doorbell figured out, multiple outlets replaced and a few dimmer switches put in. He was able to troubleshoot and problem solve every single thing that we asked him about. I now feel like I have a better understanding of the way things are wired in my house. he was fair and reasonable in his pricing in comparison to others. This is the only company for Electrical that I will ever use as long as I live in this area. read more

Needed two outlets installed in kitchen plus other items looked at. I contacted Pawson and had an appointment within days. Kevin was friendly and easy to talk to. The next day I had a quote for all the work but because I was also budgetting for a move, i could only do the two outlets because those we really needed. Kevin installed the outlets in just a few hours and Im so happy. I feel the price was honest and reasonable. Will be contacting Kevin again to look at my other items soon. You wont be sorry. read more

I wanted an old (40+ years) chandelier fixture replaced with a contemporary model that I had purchased. It needed to be attached to a high ceiling mount at about 10 feet. I called Kevin about the work and he came promptly the next day. It took about 45 minutes to install and to re-adjust the downrod length to a better position for the fixture position so it wouldn't be too low. As on a previous electrical job, Kevin did great work for me and was fast. He charges reasonable rates. He is very pleasant fellow also, and so nice to talk to. Highly recommend Pawson Electric. read more

After purchasing our home , Kevin completed all of the electrical work identified during the initial inspection. He brought all of the necessary items up to code and was very upfront and honest about critical issues that required immediate correction. Additionally, the turn around time from phone call and estimate to work completion was incredibly fast! A great experience and, if needs be, I will certainly use his services again. Save yourself from the never ending internet searches... call Pawson Electric! read more

Pawson Electric - Entry chandelier - Electricians Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I had Kevin install two outlets in my enclosed garage ceiling. One other electrician wanted to avoid the hassle of feeding the wiring in the ceiling and just do conduit on the outside of the drywall. Another qualified electrician was very slow to respond and would have done the work for less, but lost out due to being non-responsive. Kevin listen to what I wanted and gave good suggestions to accomplish the task and was consistently quick to respond to my emails. His bid was not the cheapest, but he was very responsive and did EXACTLY what I wanted, such that there were no additional drywall repairs required as well. I highly recommend Pawson Electric for residential work. read more

During the summer I needed to upgrade the electrical panel on the outside of my home to supply power to a greenhouse and a she shed in the backyard. My house is 19 years old and electrical box was not fully up to the latest codes. Pawson Electric gave me a good price for the job and provided excellent communication throughout the estimate process. They answered all of my questions about the job at the time of giving the estimate. They showed up on time and completed the job in the same day. The final price was the same as the estimate. The power box was brought up to code and passed inspection by the city. The greenhouse and she shed have the power they need for lights, heaters, fans, Wi-Fi, temperature and humidity sensors, a mini fridge and more. Everything runs smoothly without a glitch. I am very happy with the results. read more

I hired Kevin to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He ran a conduit from the corner of my house externally to my garage. Very professional with good communication. Came up with some ideas that other electricians did not. Excellent pricing; his quote was 1/5 of that offered by Allgood Electric. I have since recommended his services to two other people. read more

This company is fair and honest and they truly care about the consumers needs. They took a moment to answer calls but aside from that they completed the job and saved us a lot in expenses. I would recommend them to anyone having any electrical issues in the future. read more

Had a houseful of electricians bidding on a project that I wanted to get started. Hands-down, Mr. Pawson is the most relaxed, knowledgeable and non-pressuring of all electricians that visited the house today. Not only that, but his price was significantly lower than the others. My dog fell I love with him, that's a good sign and he served alongside Soldiers in their time of need. read more

Kevin was very nice and honest, only did what was needed, and told us what was not. He answered all of our questions, gave us good advice, and fixed our front porch lights by changing out a bad switch. We appreciated not having a big range of time for when he might come. Very reasonable pricing, too, which is especially appreciated when you are in between jobs, but still want safety in your home. Highly recommend Pawson Electric. read more

Kevin has done several projects at my house. All of his work he takes with pride and does an outstanding job while being very reasonably priced. I can't trust anyone else to work on my house but him. Cannot recommend him enough. read more

Kevin is a fabulous electrician. We hired him to install more pocket lights in our living room and I interviewed five other electricians. He was by far the most honest, kind, and fair in price. I felt very confident in his work. He did the job quick, cleaned up his mess (which was minimal), and was so sweet and kind to my six kids. I just hired him again for some other minor electric work around my house and pleased as ever. He was on time, fair on price, and even held my baby when he reached for him. I would DEFINITELY not look any further if you need an electrician. THANK YOU KEVIN! read more

Kevin came over to check out a back porch light that was not working. After he inspected it, it was not a connection problem, but the wiring on the lamp had gotten twisted and burned up. Because the light was impossible to replace and it matched the rest of the exterior lighting on my house, Kevin agreed to rebuild the light for me! He brought it back in a couple of days and it was better than new! He charged a fair price and went above and beyond to help me! I will definitely be contacting them the next time I have an electrical need! read more

Can't say just how impressed I am with this company. Kevin Pawson is a wonderful person very reasonable with prices, he doesn't poke your eyes out with high prices and bad work. I had him replace 5 outlets in my home, while I called and priced around people were trying to charge me double if not more for the same job Kevin did. He was very respectful and did a wonderful job, even cleaned up what little mess he did make. This is not a fake review im a regular person, he even took time out of his way to help me find a stud in the wall, so I could mount my sons tv. Before you give these over priced people a call, call Kevin Pawson he will take care of you, you'll be thankful you called him I was. read more
