During the work, he would communicate when a project was complete, what he needed from me for the next project, and what/when to expect. He even sent me before and after pictures of all work. All work is itemized and invoiced electronically, which makes it organized and easy for me to keep track of work contracted, and the cost. Tone was my eyes on the ground, and really helped me through the whole process since I'm so busy with work and the time difference. All the work I had Tone do, were discrepancies and recommendations that my property management had found. Tone's prices were cheaper than what the property management had quoted me. I even ended up with a brand new AC unit, for less than the price that the property management had quoted for just repairs on the same AC unit.
