They replaced heads, rain sensor, and the master valve. They also made repairs to a damaged drip hose, and damaged lateral pipes that happened during fiber excavations earlier this year. The two got the system up and running and were super friendly, explaining everything, and gaining my permission first before doing any of the work. I really appreciate the time they took to explain and show me the system faults. They were great. From beginning to end the folks at Andy's were fantastic. We made an appointment with them and they got us an appointment within two days. The company sent notification to our phone and then let us know when David and Juan were on their way and arrived at the property. I feel taken care of, and now I can get my lawn taken care of.

I didn't. Which brings me to my story. We had water pooling in our back and side yards due to low areas and no natural drainage path. We also needed the brick pavers in our side yard reinstalled with a grade to allow water to drain away from the house and towards the front yard. I contacted five landscape companies. Four of them responded, each with different solutions. Then I met Terrance with Andy's Sprinklers. After discussing the problem with me, he made detailed measurements using surveying equipment to determine the high and low spots in the yard. Terrance was very thorough, giving me three options on how to solve the issues. I had estimates for all three by the next day. After a bit more discussion (Terrance is very patient and answered all my concerns and questions), we came up with a solution to both problems that fit our budget. Within days a crew of professionals began the work. I can't say enough good things about their folks doing the labor - skilled, efficient, and hard working. The end result is exactly what we needed and the brickwork looks fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better result. Give these folks a call if you're in need of landscaping and/or drainage work!
